In today’s world inventory is low and pricing is high. I went to three dealerships in Northern Virginia prior to arriving to Koons Hyundai of Woodbridge. Each time I walked away not feeling good about the pricing and the overall value of what I was purchasing in the three prior dealerships.
When I arrived at Koons Hyundai my husband and I was greeted with great hospitality and warm smile . Eli who was our salesman was outstanding. All questions were answered quickly and with patience. One of the best car dealership experiences in my life was at Koons Hyundai Woodbridge team. From the dealer manager Mr. Abe (can’t thank him enough) to their sales team and finance manager. They have been helping me without putting any pressure for couple of days and Mr. Salman went above and beyond helping me the entire time. The trade in was above the market value and they gave me the best price in the market for my new car. I’m looking forward for my next upgrade at their dealership, probably it will be the new GV70😍. Awful communication from the service department! Unable to clearly explain charges to the bills and to tell us exactly what is wrong with the car. Have had our car for over 30 days and who know how much longer. No one calls us back and it’s a struggle to even get them to answer their phones. Will NEVER recommend!

Salesman, Sam, did a great job explaining elaborately about the vehicle’s features and updates. He was prompt in responding to my calls/texts and took a personal interest in delivering the vehicle to my home with gas tank filled. I give him all the credit for making it a smooth sales experience for me.
