I highly recommend DoorTec for garage door repairs. Javier came to our rescue when a part bent. He came yesterday to see what the problem was, then said he would return the next day with the part. True to his word, he came today with the part, quickly did the replacement, tested thoroughly and it was fixed. And the cost was much less than anticipated. I am very happy and we will use them again if needed.

I have always used DOORTEC for any issues that I have had with my garage doors. Yesterday, we heard a loud bang that sounded like it came from the garage. Upon inspection, it turned out that one of the springs had broken.
I contacted DOORTEC this morning and was lucky enough to get an appointment for today. The tech they sent was JAVIER. He was very polite and got to work immediately to resolve the issue.
I was very impressed with his knowledge and his work ethic. He was very methodical in resolving the problem. It was interesting to watch him work. He was very smooth in removing and replacing

I called on a Monday morning. Got an appointment for same day , a slot between 2:00 and 4:00pm. Javier arrived at 0215pm !!! which was great !!! Javier was able to troubleshoot the issue within a few minutes and fix it. Excellent service overall. Very professional, friendly. My door springs were repaired within 30mns !! From first call to final payment, they were friendly and helpful. Transparent and reasonable pricing provided upfront for the repair work we needed done. They scheduled Javier, and he communicated in advance when he would be arriving. Javier was great with my curious child, knocked out the repair work within 30 minutes, and was exceptionally kind and professional throughout. Moving forward, DOORTEC will be my first call for *any* repairs with my garage door.

Javier with Doortec came out on Monday and did a great job replacing our garage door Springs. He had been here about a year ago to replace our garage door opener. Always courteous and professional, and does a great job. I was happy to have the same guy come out a second time and take care of our house. Would use them anytime.

All the way around Doortec was superb, from the folks on the phone in the office to our tech Javier that showed up on time and did excellent workmanship. He was very thorough and helpful. He not only fixed our smaller garage door that wasn't working, but also oiled up our main garage door that we didn't even realize needed; now it goes up and down twice as fast!
He was unable to complete it the first day due to needing some parts, but said he would be back the next morning at 8:30, which was exactly when he showed up; 20 minutes later we were back to

My garage door opener hasn't worked since I moved in two years ago. I finally took the step to get it repaired, and I'm so happy with the outcome. My ancient opener could not be repaired, but Javier quickly got me scheduled for a replacement. He showed up right on time, and was done in about an hour. We had Doortec install new doors and hardware last April right after we bought our house. A few weeks ago I noticed one of the doors had a wheel that came out of the track and was making a bunch of noise. I called them and spoke to Tiffany, she was very helpful and scheduled a service call for a couple of days later. The service guys showed up on time, fixed the door with the problem and even inspected the other door and lubed it. Didn't charge me a dime even though it had been 17 months since they did the original work.
I couldn't be happier!

My garage doors were installed by Door Tech. Six months later, due to a mis-alignment, the cable attached to the spring snapped.
No problem. I have a one year warranty through the builder.
My door broke on a Friday. I called my builder immediately. He called me back on Saturday and let me know that after speaking to his rep, "Warranty work is only Monday through Friday." In other words, "we save our weekend work for emergency jobs where we can bill weekend hours, and warranty work makes us no money." Great business model, PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
