City and his partner (Jeffery?) were very friendly and professional. They explained what they had done and walked me through how to operate the system. My complaint is when I call to book an appointment I was quoted a price if $547 for your lowest price opener and was told the $135 coupon would apply to that figure. Coty informed me that the coupon was only worth $100 and the opener quoted me did not include an exterior keypad which was an extra charge.

Came out today. Gave me a ridiculous quote to fix minor problem. Then I ask how much to get my trapped car out of garage. They quote me nearly 300 dollars. Not to fix problem. Just to open door so I can remove my vehicle. I call my brothers and with their help we lift garage door in seconds. Complete rip off artists. After I said I wouldn’t pay their initial quote of nearly 700+ dollars to fix a part that is less than $100 online. They reduced price by almost 50 percent. I passed on their service and I highly recommend you do the same.

Coy did a fantastic job on our garage door. We needed the motor replaced and he was able to do it same-day. Coy gave me estimate options and expert advice. We have a weird garage and he put in extra time and effort to make sure the install was perfect. Service was excellent and the communication with the company was simple. If you need your garage door repaired this is a great choice.

Great experience with A1. Called Monday morning, spoke to a very knowledgeable scheduler. I explained our problem, it was not an emergency but I did want to get it taken care of ASAP.
They were able to schedule Tuesday for a window of 8-1. The exceeded all expectations. A little after 8, I got the “on the way text” complete with name and picture… of the tech.
10 minutes before arrival, I received a call from Dallas to say he would be there in 10.
Dallas was pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. Diagnosed the problem and gave us 3 options. Completed the work, gave me a great tutorial
