Nick and his team are great. Hired someone else at first who delayed work multiple times and was not reliable. Then we called Plumr and they showed up right on time, we’re profession, explained the issue and fixed everything. Needed a small amount of patch up work and they came right away and did it at their cost. Great company and would certainly recommend

We had them fix our heating system. The workmen who came were right on time, very polite, fixed the problem, explained things to me well on how to avoid the problem in the future and cleaned up after themselves. They also charged me a price I felt was very fair. I told my husband to keep their number!

We called Pumr on recommendation of John’s Sewer & Pipe who we had used for blocked drains. He was wonderful in responding in 15 minutes to our broken pipe that had flooded our cellar.We had just discovered it before we called.His quick response and resolution of the broken pipe was amazing.It kept our cellar from any damage. We will be using him very soon in replacing our very old pipes. We are extremely grateful for his help.He is located in Wakefield and Nick is his name phone 781-606-5200.

Nick was great at accessing the situation and providing a quote for the work needed. The work was done well and I was very satisfied with not only the quality of the work but also with the professionalism of those conducting the work. Was even able to talk with Nick about some other aspects and weighing the pros and cons of conducting other work in the future. Nick and Josh were super easy to talk with. Also, the website and business end of things was great. Got a notification when they were on their way. Scheduling was easy. Great experience all around.

Nick did some work in my apartment last year. He himself was great, responsive, nice, but some of his workers were not as good. They installed the rough plumbing in my shower incorrectly - while telling me they "had no idea how to put it in," and me trying to insist that Nick come out and supervise - and I had to engage the tile person to come back, tear out the tile, and redo it. Nick is a nice and honest man, so he paid for the extra work - but the whole thing was pretty stressful, and I wouldn't feel comfortable calling them back unless Nick or some of his top workers were going

Sadly, my experience was not good.
I made an appointment online and spoke with the owner. All seemed good.
I stayed home all day with my son for their 3/4 hour window, but they never showed. Didn't call me back either until many hours later in the evening.
To their credit, the owner apologized and agreed to come back at a day/time of my choosing.
But if you leave a customer waiting for all day, and don't even call until many hours later, you certainly don't deserve my business.

Awesome team , I used Nick and his guys for a condo remodel I was general contractor on . Great response , always communicated well , went easy like a professional project should go. If I'm ever asked, "do you know a good plumber?" My answer will be...I have a great one! I called Nick, last night and asked if he could quote me for replacing a garbage disposal and a time of when he could come install it. Instead of him providing me with that info, he asked me what was wrong with it. After I explained the problem, he then asked me if I had tools and some time for him to explain what I needed to do. I said yes, and he explain exactly what I needed to do to remedy the problem. I followed his instructions and problem fixed!

Nick responded within minutes of my inquiry (at 5AM I should add!), and came in at 7AM on his day off to attend to our frozen pipe. He is great at what he does, not only thawed the pipe, but provided a permanent solution so it doesn't happen again, and then suggested a great dry wall guy who we also used.
I'd recommend Nick and his team to anyone.
