Contracted Shalin to install a secondary water meter for irrigation. 75% of the work was done properly. But Shalin failed to complete the work. He said he really needed the money and he had put in a lot of work. He said he will complete in a week. I paid him naively when he said he's a "man of his words". He never came back to complete the work. He lied repeatedly through texts.
