Services
Disrupt Fitness Gym offers high energy circuit training that specializes in weights, cardio, strength, and resistance. Prior to opening Disrupt Fitness Gym, Kathy was a staple in the fitness industry for many years. However, it wasn't until she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis that she decided it was time to go to the next level.
To participate in the Challenge, (No Purchases Necessary) Rules are simple - Just Get to Class and Track your Classes. Earn Points by participating in a workout Class - Indoor, Outdoor or Zoom - (Zoom Recording does not count on unlimited packages). Additionally, stay tuned to Disrupt on Fb/Instagram as we will have pop up classes with extra points to keep things fun.
While our doors are temporarily closed, we want to provide you workouts you can do in the comfort of your home. Moving your body during this time is vital to staying healthy. It's time to get creative while our daily lives are temporarily changed. In these workouts you will still get the intense and effective Disrupt workout you love but we have modified the moves to work for you!
This is the result at Disrupt Fitness Gym with community, hard work and trainers that care! My fitness journey started several years ago. I've always been a membership junky! I'd hop from gym to gym, and the minute I didn't see any results or get bored I'd try the next fitness center. I moved to Royal Oak and found my way to Disrupt Fitness.

The BEST gym in the area. This is truly the most positive and welcoming place to be challenged and encouraged by not only the trainers but the fellow classmates as well. Kathy, Lance, Kara and the rest of the Disrupt trainers are constantly offering challenging and new exercises and providing an intense and rewarding sweat every day of the week. Grateful to my Disrupt family!

Disrupt Fitness gives you the best workout while accommodating all fitness levels. Not only is each workout effective and efficient, but the atmosphere is positive and the trainers are excellent motivators. First class is free so you have nothing to lose by checking it out!
