The most Awful experience dealing with the owner Stan. I placed an order for my best friends grandmothers funeral, they called me to tell me they wouldn't be able to fulfill my order for an arrangement they offer on their website. I asked that they just do an arrangement of equal value they were able to do that but when I asked for a small discount as I wasn't going to be getting the arrangement I wanted the owner threatened to cancel my order completely because he's the owner and he can do whatever he wants! I begged he still be able to fulfill my order I just wanted to know if
