The Loving Hearts program is designed to assist patients in being proactive with their cardiovascular care. This program is to educate and strengthen those patients who have undergone any cardiovascular trauma and assist in ensuring proper education & rehabilitation. This Loving Hearts program encompasses all aspects of holistic care and reduces the need for re-hospitalization.
Falls are the primary reason for injury-related visits to hospitals among senior citizens. As per The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 1 in 4 people 65 and above falls each year. Falls are markers of ill health and declining cognitive functions. These can be caused by varied reasons such as age, medication use, cognitive impairment, and sensory deficits.

My therapist (JM) is great to work with, I had full knee replacement with Dr.Hedlund on March 1 And have been working with Jay three days a week To get my right knee back to normal. Prior to him coming the day after I had surgery I was unable to get out of bed without serious pain. I did therapy with him on Tuesday, March 2 for the first time and after therapy he had left and I was so excited that I was able to get out of bed and walk around a little with my Walker freely and little pain it was like my muscle was strong enough for me to be able to do that. My Family has used Pure Home Health Care for my father who has ALS. Pure has the most competent and compassionate nurses and therapists that you could ask for. ALS is a death sentence but with the nurses and therapists spending time with my parents it has given us hope that at least my dad‘s quality of life will be improved. If you want quality personal attention I would definitely choose Pure over any of the bigger agencies. The compassionate nature starts from the top down.

This company is PHENOMENAL!! I would recommend them for any home health care needed!
Every single worker that has come to my house or that I've talked to for my grandma's care, has been so nice and incredibly patient with my gazillion questions. They made the transition of my grandma moving in with me so much easier!
My favorite part has been, if you have more than 1 type of help (OT, PT, nurse, etc), they are excellent at communicating with each other so I don't have to repeat info at each appt. It was such a relief they coordinated & shared important info/ events amongst themselves. One less
