Lexington is a short drive of about 35 miles to the northeast, while Louisville is about 65 miles northwest. Frankfort is 30 miles north and Danville is 7 miles south.

After spending the time to bid on an item in one of their auctions, we ended up winning the item. However, on the day when we were supposed to pick up the item, we received a call from the RM McGinnis office saying that item wasn't available. Apparently it wasn't supposed to be in the auction, and was instead given to a family member. If an item can be removed from an auction after the fact, how can anyone be certain they're going to receive what they're spending their time and money on?

Mr. McGinnis handled the sale of my mom's home personally. He and his auction team also held an auction for the contents of the home. Both business transactions were seamless. Not only was the home listed quickly after the contract was signed, but it sold 4 days later. Mr. McGinnis was on top of it from beginning to end, keeping me in the loop every step of the way. They come highly recommended, however I did not have a good experience with them. Our realtor (not from RM McGinnis) contacted them to an offer in on a house and was told that the seller was out of town. However, it was a lie to keep us from putting our offer to the buyer and to allow someone else to put in an offer first.
