From an early age, I've had a love for real estate and design. As a child, I would entertain myself by drawing subdivision layouts and building homes with my Lincoln logs. At times I would accompany my mother while she was showing property to clients. I was responsible for her electronic keypad, turning out lights and making sure all doors were locked.
This early exposure fueled my desire to be a REALTOR. As I got older, I ventured into family real estate endeavors and was given the opportunity to mentor many local land developers. This experience allowed me to gain valuable insight to the ins and outs of the real estate business. One asset that sets me apart from my real estate peers is my background in Interior Design.

He’s very meticulous, listened to our specific request and answered every call or text made except 2 but responded immediately after his commitment to another buyer was satisfied. Austin is an incredibly friendly, ambitious, and motivated realtor! Being a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions about the buying process. From the first conversation I had with Austin, I never felt the need to contact any other agent. My wife and I wanted to move from Washington state to Kentucky and he made it seemless. He's very understanding in how difficult moving that far can be. Very professional. Very responsive to any questions we had and if he didn't know the answer.... he found it. There is so much to love about working with Austin! I partnered with him to sell my condo after moving out of state. I was prepared for a very stressful process being seven hours away, but Austin made the process so easily! He treated my home like it was his. He staged the property beautifully, which I am sure grabbed buyers’ attention. He kept me up to date with every step of the process, and even met up with contractors and inspectors for me since I wasn’t able to. He said many times, “I love what I do!” And that is perfectly reflected in how he treats every person and property he works

We worked with Austin to find our dream getaway in Kentucky. He met us at tons of properties, driving us through the woods and fields and trails of all of them. He helped us to negotiate a great deal, and worked with the sellers to meet all of our needs. If I need to find property in Kentucky again, Austin will be my first call. I've also connected him with my friends with similar plans. Cannot recommend him enough.

Patient and persistent are words we would use to describe Austin. Our home buying journey took three years as we had some very specific wants in a new home. Austin stuck by our side as we viewed house after house looking for the perfect home. Never giving up, Austin continuously kept his eye out and would let’s us know when something new came on the market. Patience and persistence final paid off.
