Since our pets age quicker than us, regular exams are important to allow your veterinarian to evaluate your pet's overall health and become aware of any problems before they become serious illnesses.Our wellness plans include a comprehensive physical exam; internal parasite testing; heartworm and flea control; vaccination program; spay and neuter services; and specialized blood tests for all stages of life.

CJ was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama. Since joining the team, CJ has been present at both locations as both a veterinary assistant and a pet groomer as needed. CJ has decided her true passion lies in veterinary medicine and she plans to apply to vet school in the near future. She currently resides in Hope Hull, Alabama with her husband, Tedi Grace (Shetland sheepdog), Niguel (Pembroke Welsh Corgi), and their six rescue cats.

Dr. Golden and staff provide my family with peace of mind when it comes to Shadow, Gracie and Coco. They have worked with Gracie for months to clear up a problem which had been misdiagnosed as a food allergy for years. Shadow came in with a large tumor on her front leg and they were so kind to her and us through that event. I am so grateful to all of them for caring for my kids as much as I do.

Front office personnel and office manager almost cost me being able to adopt another dog with incorrect information provided to the rescue. I took my dog to them for years and I took very good care of my dog. She was a rescue that lived a healthy 18 years due to healthy food and treats, walks and lots of love. Very uncaring people. I had no idea they were giving out incorrect information about my dog's care until a few rescues I was following that were rescuing dogs from kill shelters in New Mexico and Texas told me what they were saying. Very disappointed! It went downhill once Dr Hill retired

The doctor was fantastic and took his time with us and our pet. He really made us much more comfortable with our very difficult situation. He certainly knows how to care for fur babies and their worried mom and dad. A wonderful place that does more than just care for animals... everyone at Golden Animal Hospital was incredible!!
