Dr. Kristi Busby purchased the Blue Ridge Animal Clinic from its founder Dr. Cynthia Brooks in 2014. Blue Ridge Animal was founded with the strong belief that maintaining excellent medical services and facilities at affordable prices is the best way to serve the companion animals and pet owners in the Montgomery/Wetumpka area.

I took my cat to them and Busby was verry rude. Had used them for over 20 years. Dr. Brooks was the best. Its a long story. The other Dr. If she is still there was great. Busy needs a class on how to treat your customers. She said I was rude to one member of her staff. I didn't know what she was talking about. However I appolized and the girl didn't know why I appolized.

Dr. Busby and the entire staff are the best! I have used BRAC since my oldest dog was 4 1/2 weeks old. His sister died 1/07/2020, and they grieved with me. My shelter baby 7/21/2020 goes there now too. A very caring and helpful staff.

I've used this vet office for a few years and I can NEVER get anyone on the phone. I am fortunate to have pretty healthy cats so I have not needed them much but when I do it is impossible to get through. I have waited on hold longer than 15 minutes to ask questions about introducing a kitten into our home, only to be told they'll have to call me back. I still haven't received that call and that was over 7 hours ago. They get two stars because when they spayed our older cat they did an excellent job and administered pain meds which a lot of vets do not do. They did a biopsy on a growth

I absolutely love these guys. Dr. Busby is the best vet I have ever worked with and I have had dogs for over 50 years. I wanted to share one specific issue that she handled for me. I have two daughters in Colorado and was out for a visit. I have a border collie that is my best friend and backpacking buddy. One problem is that he is pretty frightened by thunderstorms. If you have never experienced a thunderstorm in a high mountain canyon, trust me it is a whole new level of loud. Needless to say, I did not want to be miles back up in the mountains for a multiday trip and have Logan exposed to that

This is the best veterinary I have ever been to In My Life and I have had dogs for the last 45 years. They helped me so much with my last forever baby Susie and help me help her the best I could. I will always use them as long as I'm in this area. I'd like to say to they do not have extra hidden fees and their costs are so reasonable compared to the people that charge you an outrageous price for doing little bits of nothing. The staff is very loving and caring and you can tell by the atmosphere in the lobby.

This place is excellent. If I could give it 10 stars on customer service I would. Dr bonner and her staff are the best. They are sometimes swamped so when you walk in you do have to get someones attention but other than that they are wonderful and the Dr takes time out to personally answer any questions you may have.
