We started as Art Melick Construction and Roofing in 1981. Since then we have grown and evolved with the construction market. Art began doing roofs and small jobs of all types in the Auburn area and then later began building custom homes. However, for the last twenty years, Art has focused his company on roofing, throughout the Auburn and Sacramento communities.
The experience of building custom homes and general construction gives us the ability to understand aesthetics and other issues that go into complex roofing projects. We also have the ability and know-how to make sure the job is done right, from the ground up, not just the roof. Our promise to our customers is to provide a clear estimate, deliver the best solution, and inform them of all the associated pros and cons.

Melick roofing did a great job. Judy in the office is awesome, she always retuned my calls and texts. I was going to do the roof myself and couldn't get anywhere with the state inspection office. Judy was able to work miracles. The installation crew was clean, efficient and answered all my concerns. They even covered my roof when there was a slight chance of rain. I can't say enough about Melick roofing.

It was 7 years ago this summer I first heard of Art Melick Roofing--this is when my company Absolute Realty listed their first mobile home. The home needed repairs on the roof and the seller told me there's only 1 real mobile home/flat roof specialist in our area--Art Melick Roofing. Well since then I've sold nearly 100 mobile homes and have had several occasions where roof repair/replacement was necessary and I always recommended Art Melick Roofing because they have outstanding workmanship and great prices! A few of the other "flat roof specialists" in our area did not stand the test of time in

If you need a new roof for your mobile home , Art Melick Roofing - Flat Roof Specialist are the people to call. They put a brand new IB Roof System on my old double wide mobile home. The guys worked hard and got it done in two days. Affordable, Good quality, nice guys. Would recommend. Roof looks brand new and will last for a very long time. Thanks Art and crew.

Art Melick and his crew did a great job on our flat roof! Everyone in the process, from the estimating, to the tear off, to the reconstruction, was helpful, friendly, and very professional. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly, and I appreciated the attention to detail, making sure everything that needed to be addressed was done right. Judy in the front office is very nice to work with as well. We are happy with the completed work!
