One of the many things that sets us apart from the other guys is our quick response to your call. We are one of the only companies that offers a FREE inspection & report of findings. It's just a one click away! We specialize in residential roofs composed of: tile, wood shake, & asphalt shingles (no metal, flat, or mobile home roofs).
More common, and less expensive. If your roof is less than 10 years old and currently leaking, chances are a re-roof is not necessary, and a repair is more appropriate. We won't sell you a new roof if it's not needed. We strive for all our customers to get the most life out of their roof. The longer you wait to repair it, the more damage it will cause to your home.
When you refer a friend with roofing needs, you EACH receive $50 off your job! If you are a past customer and you refer a friend, you will receive a $50 pre-paid debit card or gift card. It is not uncommon for this small discount to save our customers THOUSANDS of dollars! We strive to keep our prices low and reasonable for our customers.
At Loveland Roofing we make sure all our documents are simple and easy to read for the customer. We're not here to trick you with a lengthy and hard to understand document. Each Inspection Statement and report of findings are written to be short & simple; including photographs of damages and necessary repairs.

Mike Loveland is a great owner operator of his family owned business. The work they performed on a couple of homes for us was done efficiently and the follow up from Mike and their office was more than satisfactory. Redwood trees-lots of them, and a lot of debris; crew from Loveland came out and cleared everything from the tile roof and a couple of minor repairs to the felt and boots and at a competitive price; had a couple of questions and Mike stopped by to follow up; before and after picture were provided and gave me re-assurance that the job was completed correctly; I even recommended them to my neighbor with a similar roof. Definitely recommended!

We are incredibly pleased with Loveland Roofing. We had a 25 year old composition roof on a 1100 square foot granny house and detached garage. Living in a rural area it is not always easy to out to get estimates and have the work completed. Mike was courteous, professional, and answered our questions. We immediately felt at easy with his suggestions. Estimate was professionally electronically submitted to us for review. Price was extremely competitive. I hired Jacob from Loveland Roofing on a referral from a neighbor to replace a facia board on the front of my home. He also did a roof inspection and addressed another issue that I had with water not diverting properly. The entire process from beginning to end was painless, all calls and texts were returned promptly, he kept both appointment times without being late, he did quality work at a reasonable price and cleaned up after himself. I will use Jacob in the future for this home and other properties. Loveland roofing comes with my highest recommendation.
