I’ve been here 2 months and still have water leaks in my kitchen the office is never open and now my hot water heater has popped and I have no hot water and I go to the office and what do you know not even open I’m sick of this

The maintenance people are nice but unhelpful. The washer and dry do not work, bugs are horrible here the exterminator was in my apartment for less then 5 minutes. The land lord is very disrespectful and rude

9/17 - work order put in for a/c not working
9/21 - maintenance states it needs new filter closes request, filter 1.5 weeks old. Problem not fixed
10/9 - new service request put in, a/c completely not working
10/10 - call office say they will get to it today
10/11 - a/c not fixed, call office, told they would try to get someone over there. Verbally told by maintenance he will have it fixed by noon next day
10/12 - maintenance shows up, believes its a thermostate issue, brings portable unit
10/14- visit Dr for severe allergic reaction due to pollen being pulled into unit from portable a/c

One start only because the community was decent. Meaning the people that lived there. Not one issue with residents.
However, one star for the apartment complex in reference to management. If you have no issues and you don't need to see them, you are good to go. But, if you need them present and accounted for in person...you better take a day off from work. They DO NOT stay till their posted hours. I've attempted multiple times and they were always long gone before the posted time. Emails....resident portal to be more exact, I was told they don't bother looking at that. Roach infested... since the day we started moving everything in we noticed a few killed them right away and told the office the same day. They said they'd bomb the place in order to kill them. It didn't work... we haven't even finished unpacking since I'm terrified of them getting on your kids' belongings. I have not even bought any groceries for the apartment because I'm so disgusted by the roaches. I've even bought some stuff to get rid of them but they seem to come in through the vents. We shouldn't be paying out of pocket just to deal with this problem

I'll add a review here as well. This will be short compared to the google review. In short, communication is weak at best. The resident portal to them is only good for getting your rent. They will not pay attention to any complaints or issues you present to them on there. You basically need to show up in person at the office. I found this out when I asked why nothing was being done. That's when they told me they don't pay attention to the portal in that fashion, they just use it to collect money.

Secondly, I work 6 days a week from 7-5 at best. The office hours are set to

I love living here! Shawna got me in fast and was very professional. The apartment was clean when I moved in and she even had the carpet re shampooed for me. Any issue I’ve had she has been quick to fix. I’m sure I’ll be renewing my lease!

Please please please! Do not get your apartment here. The manager has no respect or care for anyone who lives here. We paid everything on time, but they still tried to charge me for 100.00 in rent, 150.00 in late fees, and allocations for several months of which we already paid. We spoke to the manager Carla, a month or so ago about our bill and she AGREED that the charges were wrong. We did have damages to the apartment that I agreed to pay for once she sent me a new invoice but I had to "remind" her to send it to me. That is not my responsibility to remind her to resend me an invoice because

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. Management is horrible. I worked here for about 6 months and had to deal with micro-management in both offices, meaning The Ranch included. The property manager at the Gardens is a drunk, can't get her life together, and brings personal issues to work. The manager at the ranch, shes a whole different story. The Gardens is nothing but roach infested, nasty, and old. You don't want to live here. They expected me to lie for the company to get more sales, and I knew it wasn't right because I already knew what the apartments were like. They need to just sell

The reason I'm only giving one star is because my fiancé and I had been apartment hunting for a few days and we came across the gardens townhouse. It was the perfect size and style based on what we were looking for, we go to give the app and the $150 deposit fee just to get a call about 7 hours later saying they had already leased that apartment to someone else, now keep in mind we're at the furniture store about to sign off on all this furniture we just picked out to get a call saying "I'm sorry, but we didn't realize it had already been giving to someone else."

Do not move here... it is infested with roaches and nothing is fixed when you move in.... hole in walls... bathroom disgusting... kitchen sink back up...holes in cabinets and in the floor... I feel like they rush move you in and nothing is done till you move in and point it all out to them in order to have it fixed

I went in there a couple of weeks ago to see if me and my husband could look at one of their townhouses. When I entered the office, nobody greeted me. There was this lady sitting at her desk on the phone. As I began to ask her if she can show us a townhouse she cutt me off and told me she didn't have anything available. I then tried to explain to her that our lease was up in September and she then interrupted me AGAIN and told me she wouldn't have anything available. So I left, very disappointed with her service. A couple weeks later I decided to check on their website because I had a sneaky suspicion
