Dupage Animal Hospital

My cat was very sick, and we were current patients. They told me they would not see me and advised to go to an emergency vet. We tried again to get our dog in to see a vet, get vaccinations, etc and was again told they could not see me. I am unclear what it takes to get an appointment, or even get past the really unprofessional and rude woman who answers the phone here. But alas, I am done and will not try again. Not sure what happened to the vet industry, but this place is bottom of the barrel. This office is as unreliable as I have ever seen in 25 years of having pets.

My entire family has been bringing their dogs to DuPage for years...The staff here is so understanding, compassionate and kind. Dr. Felt is an amazing Vet & human being. She really loves her profession and is extremely knowledgeable and caring. Always offering advice and so patient. She treats her patients like her own! I would recommend them 100%.

I cannot say enough about DuPage Animal Hospital. They are all wonderful, especially Dr. DiGiacomo! I recommend DuPage Animal Hospital every chance I get. They are always willing to get a pet in quickly when there is a concern, checkups are super thorough and the entire staff really makes a pet parent feel like they all genuinely care for your pet. Thank you!

I have taken both of my cats to see Dr. Roberts and she has been wonderful in answering all my questions and making them feel as comfortable as possible! One of my cats needed dental surgery and she kept me updated throughout the day on his condition/exactly what procedure he was receiving and provided details on what to watch over the next couple weeks. All staff members I have spoken to are kind and helpful. A great experience every time!

We recently lost our Cody (last week) and it was our Zoey's yearly exam time. She had never been to the office without Cody and she is struggling with missing him. Everyone is so very kind at DuPage. The Doctor spent a long time with me talking through Zoey's depression and how we can help her. The day Cody died I called the office in hysterics twice. They talked me through everything with such kindness as if it was the first dog to ever pass and not just a number. When we brought him in they were so compassionate! I CANNOT say enough how great DuPage was to me. So very kind!!!

I love Dr Felts she is the best with Sarge my German Shepard he loves her! He has been going through some challenges but she tells me all the time how awesome he is !

DuPage Animal Hospital is a wonderful place to take your pets. All the doctors and staff are fantastic!! They provide top notch care, are compassionate and kind. Our 14 year old Goldendoodle was a patient and was taken care of so well during her long life. Her veterinarian, Dr. Roberts discovered that she had an aggressive cancer and with her care and guidance gave us 8 additional QUALITY months with her. You will not find a nicer group of people to take care of your pets!! 🐶❤️

This office is fantastic. They genuinely care so much about pets. I could not be happier. Dr. Digiacomo is thorough, patient and so caring. The office staff is also really great. They're all kind and helpful. They take good care of pets and their owners. It seems they're not accepting new patients. But it might be worth getting married to someone who already brings their pets here so you have an in. 😉

I have an older dog that has a lot of medical issues and the vets at DuPage animal Hospital take great care of my dog.

Wonderful people who are incredibly unaccommodating. My puppy was almost 6 months old and they wouldn’t give me a spay appointment for 7 weeks. I had to go somewhere else. Now they are backed up by almost a month. I’ve decided to look elsewhere due to the fact that they can not accommodate my pets’ needs.

We’ve been clients for many many years and we continue to bring our dogs here even though we live in the far west suburbs. They have their COVID-19 safeguards on point. As tough as it is to wait outside while… your pet is inside the docs call you every step of the way. This protects them from exposure so they can continue to take care of our fur babies.

We have been going to Dupage Animal for many years and have always had positive experiences with all of the doctors and entire staff. Excellent diagnosticians and sensitivity to cost and options offered. We just lost our 14 year old lab and everyone was so kind and compassionate! We will not ever forget and hope to see y’all soon with a new family member! Thank you all for all you did and do!

Dr. DiGiacomo was great with our cat. We had to put him down tonight and she made a very traumatic situation a lot easier for us to handle. The entire staff there is caring and compassionate.

Alex loves Dr Felt and all the staff. They are the best and they know how to meet small poodles’ demanding needs!

The staff and the Dr.s are wonderful. They are very attentive. Unfortunately, we had to both both our dogs down within the past year. They were very personable and made the difficult process less traumatic.
