The Parkersburg Memorial Bridge is a steel truss bridge that crosses the Ohio River between Parkersburg, West Virginia and Belpre, Ohio. As part of the agreement with the City, UBP will provide 100% of the funding to fully rehabilitate and modernize the Parkersburg Memorial Bridge. UBP will also provide all ongoing operations, maintenance, tolling back office, and customer service activities for the rehabilitated structure.
