Good firm to work with! I was in an auto accident and they took care of everything! They called and checked in once a month to see how I was doing. When the insurance stopped paying my medical bills they were in constant contact with all parties involved to figure out what was going on and get it taken care. My contact (paralegal) changed a couple of times throughout my case, and I had to kind of re-explain things, but overall, satisfied. Worst attorneys ever. Ineffective, weak lawyers unable to argue my accident case. Was in a severe accident and only got a meager settlement. Would have gotten triple the amount had I done it myself. I would advise everyone to not seek their counsel. The main attorney Jacob was rude and mean. I was his client and he yelled at me treating me like I was nothing. He got most of my settlement money and didn't even seem to care about my well being. Had I known any better I would have never sought their help. I wish I hadn't ever gone to them. Now there's nothing I can do about

Good service on a complicated case. My wife and I sought out representation by Jacobs and Jacobs after being rear-ended 3 times in a 90 day period. Internal communication about staff absences to clients need to be addressed in my opinion as a lack of such bars continuity of communication with the client: i.e. such things as paralegals working your case that goes out on maternity leave and over a week goes by and we find out only by calling waiting on hold finally that our para is now someone different. Overall satisfied... I'm just offering my opinion on the weak areas administratively.

It will be two years in september sense my accident and I've only talked to there office four times never with an actual attorney last time I heard from them they said if we settle I would owe $2,000 I would not recommend them or there chiropractor they suggest they use a accident referral program also known as ambulance chasing :(
