I was born and raised in Marinette WI, however a military career took me around the world for many years. My decision to become a veterinarian came at a very young age. I was in the 1st grade at the time and my focus and path were determined and set. After taking advantage of Army military educational benefits I attended Veterinary school at UW Madison, graduating in 1994.
If you're thinking of getting a pet fish, you should know that your veterinarian has a lot of good advice about pet ownership. Fish can be very rewarding as pets, and you just may be surprised about how much fish actually interact with their owners. Thanks to advancements in veterinary care, today's cats can live well into their teen years.

The staff at Cudahy Veterinary Clinic were there for me and my family when our pet was sick. Any questions about medication and steps to take were answered in a timely manner, ensuring our pet was comfortable in her final days. Unfortunately, our best option was to put her down. The staff at the clinic were professional and caring throughout the entire process. I was glad to have my pet in good hands, and I would highly recommend Cudahy Veterinary Clinic if you are in need of a vet.

I am actually posting for my brother George and his dog Buddy. It started about 3 years ago. Buddy went in for teeth cleaning, have a fatty tumor removed and something else removed. When George returned to pick Buddy up the tumor was still there. When questioned the vet said he forgot to write it down. Now fast forward to now. A new vet has been found and when records were requested Cuday refused unless George went there and paid for copies and needed to have an exit interview with them. I mean really those records can be sent electronically and they do not need to know why the dog has been taken

I had the tragedy of taking my little Luna to this clinic. I did it because my daughter had been working there for about three months. Therefore, we were confident that everything would work out. From this tragedy a year ago, Luna is a 2.5-pound cup of Yorkie tea. I took her to have her teeth cleaned, but to my surprise, I found her with a broken upper jaw and 11 tooth extractions.
I almost died of despair. The doctor told me that the fracture was pre-existing. They not only mutilated her, but they also spoke lies. The doctor advised us to kill her, but with the tender words of "put her to sleep

The personnel at Cudahy Veterinary Clinic are wonderful! They are friendly, personable, and very professional. My kitty doesn't even mind her visits (although she isn't wild about the shots--haha!). She was comfortable and well cared for, and the staff explained everything to us very well. I highly recommend this clinic!

Good experience when it came to actual procedures/check-ups with my dog, but be careful... If you ask for records to take to another vet, they'll punish you for it. I asked them to email records to the other vet (a standard practice), and they demanded I come in to sign a "records release form", pay an "administrative fee", and that even after that it would take them "up to two weeks" to send them. Two weeks to send an email. I've had a lot of vets over many, many years and have never once been asked to do these things when requesting a copy of our records

Don't trust these veterinarians. I have a love bird he was losing feathers around his beak and eye and very itchy. They looked at my bird they didn't have any tools to look into his eyes they just guessed it was an eye Infection. They gave me medication. It did nothing, I called them back for a follow up visit they told me they don't have the tools to look at my bird. They suggested I go somewhere else. I made the initial appointment with them they charged me emergency care prices when it was their business hours. They knew what kind of bird I had they knew they didn't have

The saga continues. My lil doggo is getting older and has developed some health problems. Dr. Shampo and staff continue to care for him and support us through the diagnosis and navigation of canine diabetes. I called their office today with some additional concerns, and was given free advice from the doctor and also told to call their clients-only 24-hour emergency line tonight if doggo doesn't start getting better. Dr. Shampo really instills confidence that he is there for us and cares about Dean's well-being. His business is more than "just" a paycheck for him, that much is

When I tried to make an appointment online for a sick indoor cat, the soonest appointment was available was December 20 (over a month away). A sick cat would be really sick or dead by then. When I tried to call Monday at 11 am, ring no answer. When I called last week Wednesday, the vet is not in on Wednesdays. When I inquired why they were open, they said, "to hand out food & medicine mostly". Cannot review the vet. Cannot get in to meet this guy.

I took my dog there to get prednisone for her seasonal allergies.I took her there because my regular vet was so busy and she needed help right away. This was my first and last visit. I was less than impressed. The exam rooms are bare except for a table. They have long hours , but good luck on finding a doc on duty. When I did get to see a doc, he lowered her dosage so much that it didn't help. I'm going back to my original clinic - St. Francis animal hospital.
