We hired Luxury Remodels Company to renovate our entire home in north Phoenix. Moving walls in fill old sunken floors. The whole 9 years. Thankfully it was the right decision. They have proven to be an excellent builder and the whole group has some real experts in home remodelling. The times were challenging and we experienced some delays in getting materials. Also they had to terminate couple of the trades along the way. It was a complex scope of work. When they completed the project, we were amazed by their exceptional outcome. Luxury Remodels Company remodeled the kitchen and baths in our new apartment, and we are pleased with the results. Bad experience! Had an initial appointment with this company; they took measurements, spent a lot of our time (and theirs) discussing options, etc.. We set up another follow up appointment for the next week for them to come back and tell us what they propose with pricing and WE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN! Very Poor Customer Service/Experience. Beware!

Scheduled an in-home estimate. Luxury Remodels no called/no showed. Finally called the company to see what happened and was told the guy that was scheduled to meet with us had to leave the office unexpectedly over 24 hours earlier.
Not a "luxury" experience. Very surprised nobody looked at the person's schedule to let customers know he would not be able to do the appointment.

Luxury Remodels just finished remodeling two guest bathrooms for me and I couldn't be more pleased with the results.
