I took my vehicle to Plus 1 for an alignment. As an ASE mechanic myself I know quality work when I see it. The technician test drove my vehicle before and after the alignment to verify his work. I've had alignments before and they did the usual put it on the rack and tell you "Yup, it needs an alignment." They even gave me the alignment printout results before and after. Even though they were very busy and it was a Saturday (after Thanksgiving), they got me in and out all in under 2 hours. I needed my tires rotated I had bought there and by the time I got there they were so busy as one mechanic was out on the road to help someone and another was picking up a part for an RVs fixing his breaks, Ect ect but they got me right in and out in no time. A few days ago I was having issues with my Toyota Sienna vibrating when it reached a certain speed. I recently had and oil change and tires rotated from a different location. I decided to call Plus 1 for a balance and alignment. After explaining my issue they took it out for a test run. Coming back, Paul and one other associate explained what exactly was happening. Both very professional and made me feel that I was in good hands. Overall had a great experience and would recommend!

Been coming here for almost 20 years. Primarily for rims and tires. They always get whatever I’m looking for. Any service I need on any of my vehicles they always do a thorough job not only on just what I wanted done but going above and beyond to make sure everything is good to go. Anything they notice to be of concern, they always call to ask what I’d like to do. Some of the things I handle myself and other I like giving them the business. So picked up this from my neighbor in the mountains. Has a heavy duty off-road axle on it and 33s. Towed it down the hill on Friday and after sitting for a few years in snow and freezing weather, her tires… didn’t appreciate getting warm. Made it to Highland before tire blew. Found the closest tire shop - Plus One Performance Tires. Good guys, they asked what the H Was I going to haul n that thing. They called it the mighty mini trailer lol. Anyways, no tires in stock, but got me going again the next day.

I went in for a oil change and tire rotation he came out and told me he broke lug nut i let it slide because he wanted $160 to replace it mind you he broke it I took my car to another 5 mins away and i got it fixed for $40 and found out he put the lug nuts on wrong on other side costing me $50 to cut and replace it Owner is rude and unpleasant NEVER GOING BACK PLEASE DON'T SUPPORT HIM HE PASSED RACIAL COMMENTS ABOUT MEXICANS BUT MOST OF HIS WORKERS ARE HISPANIC

My husband and I can not say enough great things about this shop and all of the men here. We were towing our 32 foot fifth wheel down from Big Bear and the master cylinder went out and we lost truck brakes.… Thankfully my husband was skilled enough to get us down safely using the trailer brakes alone. We had called a head to Plus 1 and they said they would do their best to help us that day. From the moment we got there, they put all efforts to getting us in the road again. They gave me water and had a comfortable couch to sit on. We could watch the repair through a TV monitor in the office
