Flat tires never happen when it is convenient. They never check with you in advance to make sure now is a good time. They never show good manners. Quite the contrary: flat tires usually happen when it is absolutely least convenient, when there is no worse time to get them, when you can lose not even a single second on such trouble.
When a car's battery no longer stores enough power to turn the starter motor we can no longer start our car just by twisting the ignition key. If our car is a manual shift it may be possible to push start it, with automatic gear cars this is not an option. When faced with a dead battery your best option is probably to call in a battery jumpstart service.
You are driving your recently bought car with your family to visit your parents. You bought it second hand and it is considered to be a reliable brand, you know, you did your research. Unfortunately, even the most reliable cars have their mechanical failures and you got stuck at the side of the road.
One of the difficulties of driving a big rig or other large vehicle is figuring out how to take care of it when it needs help. For example, how do you tow a large, heavy vehicle? You can't just hook it up to the back of another car and pull it. What you need is a company that provides heavy duty towing services to transport your heavy duty vehicle for you in these situations.

I would not recommend using this service at all. Especially the tow truck with number T72-08G. He intended to charge me over $200 for less than 1 mile of towing service. the quoted price is $59.95 + anywhere from $35-$75. However, he will charge you $59.95 + $75, even for the basic towing service. So its a lie that when they say, the price ranges from $35-$75. On top of this, he would charge a whimsical price for labor, which is not quoted in the initial call. The guy is a cheat. Avoid the service.

I had called 5 companies all went to voicemail the 6th one told me 230-250 to go 18 Miles and not extra work was needed to hook and grab the car. a little frustrated being that i was at work and leaving my car wasn't an option especially in the area I'm in. The gentleman i spoke with was very professional, the driver made contact about 20 minutes after confirming service. He let me know he was on his way and when he arrive. I explained to him the issue and he loaded my car up and was on his way. I had alerted the body shop beforehand car was fixed before i got off. Thanks

Tire blew out on me on Loop12 North on Labor Day weekend(sunday). After calling 4 other towing companies with no response, Elite Towing responded. They were super quick, Mr.Hall was super nice, one of the quickest loads I've seen, hooked up my car no problem. They certainly aren't the cheapest option in town, but are absolutely one of the best.

I called Irving Elite Towing and they said $59.00 flat rate unless it was over 15 miles. I was Leary because he wanted my credit card over the phone, but I went against my better judge. He sent this company over, Juan. My car was an easy tow and 6 miles and the tow Juan asked to see my card, I thought it was for the 59.00 when I signed the receipt I saw 213.00 he said I had to pay it and take it up with Elite. Now I'm getting the run around. I'm reporting both of these companies tomorrow. I gave them a chance to fix it and they refuse. Good luck!!! They are scam artist and we are helping

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The pricing on their website and their pricing for their service are very different. Do not use this service. They will rip you off. A motorcycle tow for 2 miles cost $184. When I called and complained to a manager he offered me $15. Use a reputable service. Do not use elite towing.

Guys, This is really cheating when I called you you said its going to be 59$ + 3$ per miles and service Tax for one mile tow finally the driver asked me to pay 217$. The Chirs who answered my call should be penalized him and remove from the work to avoiud further cheating on customers, he didn't give complete information and was asking special equipment charges for tow etc. I spoke to couple other towing company they said its 75$ altogether and I ended paying with 150$ after 2 hours of argument and asked additional waiting charges When I asked to talk to owner of the establishment and he is

Very much a racket. $59 up front and then another towing charge ranging from $35-$75 for the towing charge "depending on your car's size." I guess my Toyota Prius is the largest car they've ever towed because I was hit with the $75 of course.
If they get there, and don't want to pay the huge upcharge, they keep your $59. Totally sketchy method of doing business.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

CRAP CRAP CRAP company. Lies and more lies. They charged my card 2 times before they arrived which was hours late, we called and canceled and they still showed up, hooked to the truck and we had to threaten to call the cops to get them to unhook from our vehicle, we are disputing with the bank. They go by different names, elite towing etc but linares towing is the one that charged my bank account.

I had a vehicle breakdown on the side of the freeway Monday morning on my way to work. I called Elite and they were very easy to work with. They were very nice & courteous. They cane out to my car before the estimated time and the guy was very knowledgeable. I have a nice, big SUV and he handled it with care! First time in ding Elite and I will be using them from now on! Very reasonable prices! Highly recommend them!

Sepreania was friendly. She went over pricing, offered quotes, and made scheduling easy. The guy who did the tow was also a sweetheart. The reason I gave four stars instead of five is because I got charged additional fees for having a Jeep Wrangler. I advised the company of my vehicle, but, when they arrived, they had to charge more for a special hookup on vehicles with a 4-wheel drive. This increased the price significantly. I advise you go over (in detail) the make, model, and type of vehicle you have prior to arrival. Other than that, the staff was nice and I would probably use their

Dishonest!!! The dispatcher does everything to make you think the price is fair, then the driver shows up, get your car hooked up, then quote you a much higher rate because you're leaving Irving (I got no credit for the miles that were within Irving either). Beware!! Don't let the dispatcher pressure you and lie to you like they did me. Lesson learned.
