The guys who came were fast and while not unfriendly, one of them was unprofessional. I had them at my in laws home to move a couple of gun safes. They had a minimum charge of 3 hours, ok. Theres plenty of stuff i could use help moving since my in laws aren't capable themselves. They were there 15 minutes, moved the two safes and when I said something about moving something else they were adamant that they were just there for the safes. How can you charge me for 3 hours of work if you're unwilling to complete 3 hours of work? What really bothered me was one of the movers, the dude with the pink
