I just got off the phone with Micheal, I was worried after reading other reviews and that's why I'm writing this review. I was treated with nothing but respect, concern, and even though Michael couldn't help me he did refer me to another attorney that he thought would be able to, and within a couple of minutes of hanging up with him he reached out to the other attorney and put me in contact with him. Very nice guy. I can't speak on there work but I had a pleasant experience.

I was involved in my first car accident and didn't know what to expect. Michael and his team are friendly, professional, and always there to answer any questions. They walked me through everything step by step. My mother was a passenger in my car and they made sure she was ok and took care of everything for her as well. Rude. I called about ticket and car accident. Guy who answered the phone cut me off before I could complete my question about a case I have and need representation for.

My experience with this Law Firm has been excellent. I have used other law firms before past with past car accident cases. By far my experience with the law offices of Michael Young, are really amazing and unparalleled. I even have Michael's cell phone number to deal with him personally in any matter dealing with my car accident case, whether it's urgent or if I have any questions. Michael and his staff also responded back to me on weekends Saturday or Sunday, it really didn't matter even if it was later in the evening and that was great.

Michael Yeung and his team are the best. They have helped my family and I when we were rear ended while waiting at a traffic light. I was the passenger in my friend's car and got into an accident. I ended up getting hurt but didn't know what to do. My friend referred me to Michael and he explained everything over the phone. Called for a quick consultation. The man that answered the phone was short and rude. Instead of trying to help me he decided to criticize the situation I was in like he was the judge and jury!!! What nerve. No way I would ever pay 2,000 to help with an old case that other great lawyers have only asked for 900 or 1,200! These guys are insane! You'll have better luck asking a lemon for advice.

Wow this place is something else. I called this place last week. Had an extremely rude guy deal with me and my legal situation. He did not allow me to finish the detials of my case. He interrupted me and told me to essentially get lost. There are better ways to tell someone your not interested in thier case than being rude and interupting potential clients. Lastly he was incorrect on the case as he didnt listenW to me and the detials. Other lawyers had no problem understanding my case as they actually were interested in hearing the case without assuming dollar signs.

Michael is a great attorney. He cares about his clients and he always goes the extra miles for you. I have used other law office before for my other car accident in the past and I did not get a positive experience. In my other case with the other law office, the settlement is small and I hardly can get a return phone call. What I realized was my previous attorney office for my other car accident was owned, operated and ran by non-attorney. The attorney for my other case is just a shell. Michael and Myrna are pretty much the dream team when it comes to helping you after a car accident. Most people are scared of dealing with lawyers, and just let their insurance company take care of things, but...the truth is that some insurance companies won't fight for you. He's a busy guy but does make every effort to pick up your calls and meet with you to talk about your case. Tell him your needs, even if you think they're weird or ridiculous and if Michael can help then he definitely will. I didn't want family finding out about it so that became priority for us.
