We were working to sell our home in East Cobb under difficult circumstances, not the least of which is the fact that we were already living in another state. Since we had been in this home for 25 years, it had been a very long time since we had sold a house. But his suggestions and recommendations were spot on, and the house sold quickly. Even more than that, we were able to close in a very short period of time. He is professional and efficient, and he is also very available whenever you need him. You don't have to worry about your calls, texts, and emails going unanswered!

I was recently offered and accepted a position with Morehouse College that required us to move this summer so that I could begin in the Fall. We thought we found our "dream home" and my husband decided to fly out the next day to see it. I can't recommend Paige Slyman enough. He's the best Real Estate agent that I have ever worked with. The home that I sold was only around the $200,000 mark, but Paige treated me as if we were selling a mansion. I was so impressed that I decided to use him as my buyer agent, and in a very competitive market we were able to make an offer and set a closing date for 30 days later.
