Very poor service! Met the owner at the Phoenix Home Show, seemed really nice. We signed up for service along with our 2 daughters. The owner made all sorts of guarantees of spectacular service... The first treatment the rep showed up late and then wasn't going to perform the treatment as the owner had described and promised, so we sent him away. They called apologized and rescheduled. After the rescheduled treatment we were still seeing bugs?
