Highly recommend Bug Raiders. Used them when I first moved to Vegas and they were awesome, the tech was very friendly and even gave me ideas of things to do being new to town. Moved to a rental that provided service, but it wasn’t the same as Bug Raiders so when I moved again to my new home Bug Raiders was my first call to set up service. New tech is equally friendly and responsive. He responded to my texts when I started seeing scorpions around the house and fit me in two days later. Thanks Bug Raiders for your commitment to excellent service….a rarity these days!

My family was requesting services from this business. My husband initially reached out via email from his own email address to set up service. He did not hear anything back so he decided to call them and they said they would reach out to confirm a date and time. They never did so my husband emailed them again and it ended up being sent from my email address and this is how they handled the situation. I have already reached out and set up services with another business and it took nothing but two minutes to do so. I own an establishment I would never treat potential clientele this way.

The technician who came was awesome! He explained everything that we needed to do to prep for the best possible outcome and also was kind enough to work with our busy schedule. After the initial treatment we noticed a drastic reduction in the amount of pests (bedbugs) that were present. After the 2nd scheduled treatment we haven't noticed a single pest anywhere. He made us feel comfortable with the treatment and I felt like he is a trustworthy person and we had no qualms about leaving him in our home unsupervised. Absolutely great experience! Highly recommend them!
