Arizona Florist is a family owned and operated florist in Phoenix, Arizona. We are the only florist in Phoenix to offer same day delivery, 7 days a week throughout the entire Phoenix valley. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality flower arrangements and gifts, paired with friendly customer service.
Business flower deliveries: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 7 days a week. Residence, hotel, hospital, or funeral flower deliveries: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 7 days a week. Purchase subtotal must be $39.99 before tax and delivery fee to qualify for delivery. Discounts can only be applied to orders of $39.99 or more and cannot be combined with multiple offers.
In addition, most of the photographs on the website are styled as one sided arrangements. This means all the flowers have been gathered in the front of the vase so they all face the camera to see a full representation of the flowers contained in each arrangement. The arrangement that is delivered contains the same number of flowers but they are arranged throughout the entire vase, which may make it look different than what was pictured.

I would never use this florist!!!! A 1star is too much. I received my arrangement on Thursday it was underwhelming to say the least. But the real issue was the fact the carnations had started to turn brown (and they have a long shelf life) other flowers had lots of missing petals broken steams and had started to wilt. I called Az Florist the lady apologized no problem will replace it.(Great!) The next day I get home another arrangement has arrived this one is a third of the size even less appealing with broken steams and brown dried up succulent. I called left a number no call back. Today I received an amazing gift basket a friend sent. It was a total surprise. We spoke yesterday and I mentioned I was in a car accident. The message included "get well". She is so thoughtful. Well there's a reason they are the worst rated flower shop in Phoenix! The reviews are true. Management nor the owner care. Incredibly rude apathetic and full of excuses I don't believe me just read a handful of the dozens of one star reviews. They know what their issues are and they refuse to fix them, they're not making money because they're not practicing good business and instead of fixing their faults they just keep charging people and making excuses until they give up trying to get their money back. Please don’t waste your money buying from them. Today was my 25th wedding anniversary and my husband paid a lot of money for what he thought was going to be a beautiful arrangement for me. Definitely not the case, the arrangement I received looked nothing like what he has ordered, the roses are wilted, the filler flowers are just tiny drooping buds and the greenery is brown and had what looks like insect bites and holes in the leaves. Didn’t even have the big bow on the vase. He could have went to the grocery store and bought prettier flowers and saved all the hassle dealing with these people

On Monday, October 4th, a floral arrangement was delivered to me. This was a gift from two of my grandchildren to honor my 81st birthday. I have to say that this might be the most beautiful arrangement I have ever received in my lifetime! The flowers were of such great quality and there was definitely not as much filler as is usually put into the vase. The bouquet contained two of the largest and most gorgeous roses, some mini roses, three beautiful lilies and some magenta colored daisy like flowers along with just the appropriate use of unusual foliage as fill. I spent two hours reviewing florists in the Chandler, AZ area and nothing really impressed me. There were one or two I did find and then couldn't find which florist I saw what I liked. Frustrating!
I saw Arizona Florist having no idea how far Chandler was from Phoenix, but called to find out. I had seen a succulent display that I really liked.

I had a bridal shower for my daughter on July 24, 2021. I ordered 6 centerpieces online from one of those big floral companies. I wanted the shower to be really special so I spent a long time picking out what I wanted. When the flowers were delivered on Friday I literally almost started crying. Ordered two sets of flowers after my sisters dog passed away. The first time they tried to deliver she wasn’t home and gave me a call. Recently received an arrangement from AZ Florist and I was very surprised and with their attentiveness upon delivery. I wasn’t available to answer the door, as I wasn’t expecting the arrival. The delivery person was kind enough to call and leave me a voicemail to alert me, which was great considering the AZ heat. I’ve seen deliveries that are just left there to wilt in the heat. Also, the arrangement itself was very well done! If I have my own floral needs this will be a place I consider myself!

If I could give zero stars I would. Today is my daughters 30th birthday so I ordered flowers online to be delivered to her work. I live in Florida and am not able to see her on her milestone birthday. Anyway, Here are the photos and video of what I ordered versus what my daughter received. Forget the fact that the looks nothing like what I ordered, it is also wilted and DEAD!
Oh and the kicker....they gave her a "thinking of you" balloon instead of the 'Happy birthday" balloon in the photo. The card i wrote clearly said HAPPY BIRTHDAY, so you'd think they would've at least gotten that right.

In the loss of my mother January 8th... I received a bouquet of flowers from my niece recently in Laveen. I have a security gate 20 feet from from front door which my husband forgot to lock. This company left the flowers by my door and my husband found them the next night at 9:30pm. We never us out front door. So they don't wait till someone answers. November is my favorite month because it's my birthday time :) I received a delivery of a beautiful bouquet of lavender roses that smelled as good as they looked.The delivery guy had a smile & told me Happy Birthday. The arrangement was beautiful.I also like that with the card was a couple of coupons for some extra savings. I took pics to show to my friend & say thank you & I was informed that they were found online & looked just as seen in the online photo. I love fresh flowers that smell as good as they look. It's October 20th, the day before my 20th Wedding Anniversary! I receive a floral delivery in what appears to be a ceramic pumpkin. I love flowers and always happy to receive them. I immediately thought how nice to have a keep sake! To my surprise there was no top to the pumpkin, as advertised online. When I inquired about the top, I was told the vendor (not the word the salesperson used) does not provide tops to the pumpkins anymore. If that's the case, don't advertise that arrangement. It's misleading -- false advertisement. No call to the person who ordered, nor the recipient

Received a huge, lovely vase of roses, carnations and some cute purple flowers for my 50th wedding anniversary from my daughter and her husband (out of state). Very fresh. Arranged in a lovely, caring manner. The delivery person was smiling and friendly. What a wonderful surprise. It made me smile and made my day!

I received a surprise arrangement from the florist - I had not yet seen the owners comment to me, so nice surprise. The arrangement is beautiful and 3 days later still going strong. (I am following procedures to keep the flowers fresh just like before).
I have to say the customer service is great - I still question the quality since it seems there are so many issues in other reviews. At least they stand behind their product and want the customer to be satisfied and at the end of the day that will bring us back to them.

Flowers I got were dead its my birthday im my full time sped teacher I don't have time for all this they sent me Daffodils how cheap! daffodils in a bouquet all the flowers are dead I requested new bouquet we shall see I'm very disappointed my stepmom requested China Lilly the smelly ones they are getting two cause willing to replace. If you're apprehensive about buying from here due to other reviews...you have to read my entire (lengthy) review and carefully consider the other reviews you read! While yes, in some reviews you can see in the pics that the flowers were wilting but there could be many contributing factors for that happening and the company immediately made it right which not all businesses would do. But some of the other reviews? The reviewers appear to want a diamond but pay for a CZ and most reviewers seem to have bought through a 3rd party online seller and have no concept of the actual price a delivered

After a long day of having my hardwood floor ripped up from termite damage and it taking longer than expected, a pandemic and husband tied up late with work I was happy to know that at least I was receiving flowers for my birthday from family after all was said and done.

I live out of state and I needed to send Mother's Day flowers to my mom in the Phoenix area. After some research I found a bouquet I liked on a couple of different websites, but with a coupon it was a much lower price through AZ Florist. I was apprehensive because I always think you get what you pay for, yet when my mom received the flowers and sent me a picture, I was extremely impressed.
