We recently had family move to AZ and shortly after the lost the sweet pet cat. Wanted to send them something for their condolences and this place seemed to have fantastic reviews. They had great options and even had "pet theme" vases / arrangements. I was super excited to have something be a little more than just a plain vase.
Online ordering was easy but site freezing up and wouldn't let me go back to correct a typo I had in the message to go along the flowers. I called and emailed and was SUPER disappointed it was delivered without it being corrected. Never received an email

I have been ordering flowers for years for all occasions. Never have I ever had excellent service and communication as with One of a Kind! From the easy ordering process, following up with an actual picture of my arrangement before it was delivered I was indeed impressed. I am so happy I found them when searching for a new florist. Will definitely be using them again and again.

Love this custom creation that One of as Kind made for our friend! Never using them before I found the reviews to be helpful that others were so happy. They hit it out of the park and in a rare experience the arrangement was even more beautiful then the picture on the website!!! Thank you for the beautiful flowers

I have used this florist a few times now and have been a recipient. I love her beautiful flowers, quality service and fair pricing. Her cups/vases are unique and adorable and she hand delivers. She send a picture before delivery so you know it's a beautiful arrangement. I will continue to only use her. Look at her unique gifts on her site as well.

How do I say "Thank You" in flowers? The ways are countless at One of a Kind. I had surgery and my friends stepped-into-the-gap to help me through my recovery. I couldn't thank them enough in words, so I said it in flowers. The pictures online are a spittin' image of what's delivered at the front door. My friends sent me pics of their flowers and I was so jealous that I wanted to send myself some flowers. One of a Kind is truly just that.

I don't live in the area so Daniela helped me via email and phone calls. She was absolutely terrific and understood exactly what I wanted.
The delivery was on time and she sent photos of the bouquet.
I could not be happier and highly recommend this outstanding floral shop.

I've never ordered flowers before from a company that sent me a picture of the bouquet before delivery. And oh my gosh, the bouquet is STUNNING. My grandmother is in the hospital all alone, with no visitors during COVID, so sending flowers is about all I can do. She is difficult to hear with an oxygen mask on, but we could definitely understand that she loved her flowers when we spoke to her. I don't know how many more times I'll get to speak to her, and I'm so grateful that one of her lasting impressions of me is going to be this beautiful arrangement of flowers. Seriously

These were 2 arrangements I ordered for a client of mine that had recently lost his wife and another lost her mother. The ordering was easy, delivered on time and I love that a picture was taken of the actual arrangement and emailed to me. Such a great experience and I will definitely be my go-to floral shop going forward.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would! Being from out of town and visiting Arizona on a little family vacation I needed flowers sent to our hotel for our 5 year marriage anniversary! (I wish I remembered your name) but she helped me pick the perfect arrangement within my budget. We received the floral arrangement on time and better than what I expected! Was looking for a flower delivery service in Arizona to drop off a special gift to a family members that was ill. Found this place online and I absolutely loved their gift unique gift options.
I loved how they sent me an email with a photo of the bouquet they were going to deliver. Very professional and courteous.

I wanted to buy my mom some flowers for Mother's Day from a local shop in Phoenix, and they turned out so pretty! I went online and ordered the bouquet of flowers in a jar/vase (color of your choice) and requested pink; they were arranged beautifully! It was a pleasant surprise delivery for my mom and she loved them. The woman who answered my call when I had questions was also very friendly and informative. The white card had a customizable message but I blocked it because it's only for my mom :)

To cheer up one of my good friends on her birthday during this pandemic , I ordered a pothos plant for delivery on April 1st to be sent out on April 8th. However, the plant never arrived and instead of reaching out to let me know they were NOT planning on delivering it, I had to call them two days in a row without any response. The only communication I received was the refund email I received this morning. I still haven't heard back from them via phone and think

As we walked around downtown we saw this little shop and my wife insisted we stop in. I walked into a very arts, floral, unique shop. Very tastefully decorated with all kinds of neat items. We actually found this great little marionette of Darth Vader. They have terrific little items even if you werent in the market to buy anything I am almost positive you could find something you dont necessarily need but absolutely will fall in love with and cant live without.
