The sandwich we received in our box lunches was beyond basic. It was gross. The meat looked and tasted like it was from a discount bulk pack of lunch meat. The description advertised was "w/ sharp cheddar, smoked pimento aioli, lettuce & tomato on a pretzel roll". The sandwich was on burger bun! Absolutely not a pretzel roll. Everyone at work complained about how bad the sandwiches were. Very disappointed.

What this company charged my parents for my sister's small wedding reception was appalling, especially for the cafeteria-quality food they received in return for the guests.
To begin with, they were over an hour late for the food tasting/selection meeting and did not even apologize.
The wedding cake was a joke, cost over $400 and was nothing like the photo my mother and sister were shown. It looked like a rookie's first attempt. Clearly no professional baker would have put that out to serve customers. The icing was sloppy and missing in some places, it was Completely lopsided and

We chose the St Michael Conference Center as the venue for a small two hour cake and punch reception. What could go wrong, right? The venue is nice, but in no way worth it, because they require you to hire Spicecubed catering. There were a series of "honest mistakes" with no apologies, low grade food, and the absolute worse looking wedding cake I've ever seen... sloppy, unfinished icing, uneven and off-centered layers, and sagging, safety-pinned ribbon... and ended up costing us more than $450 after the 25 percent staff charge and tax. The owner did refund $200, otherwise I would

Very bad experience. They did a wedding cake that looked like a 3yo did it. Frosting was uneven, tasteless, and ribbon was held together with safety pins. Guests felt bad for the bride and groom that the cake was so bad. Utensils were not put out for hot food. Napkins weren't put out for the first 30-45 minutes. The staff huddled in the kitchen and chatted for most of the reception. Guests had to ask them to refill trays with food and collect finished plates and cups. Would definitely not use them again and would warn any friend to avoid this unprofessional and sub-par catering service.

This caterer is definitely worth the money. The food was high quality and tasted great! Lisa also provides great customer service. She is extremely organized and makes sure that you have the correct amount of food for your guests. She also works very well with other vendors and is on top of setting up and tearing down in a timely manner. All of the vendors that she worked with gave me amazing feed back and praised her for what a good job she had done.

My husband and I got married November 12th of this year. The catering from Spice Cubed was the star of the show! They had such a large selection and great rates. Their staff was unbelievable! I never wanted for anything. They were all so kind and efficient. I can't thank you enough for a wonderful wedding reception. It is just what we wanted. I highly recommend them for any catering! Thank you!

In the last month I have attended two large gatherings both of which had 50-75 people and were catered by this company. I heard nothing but compliments about the quality, quantity and ease that was had in working with Spice Cube. The dishes were as promised as I know they will be called on again in the future.

My wife and I were referred to spice cubed catering for our wedding reception by a family member who had used them before. The quality of the food was absolutely worth 5 stars. The staff was incredibly friendly, not like other catering companies we had used in the past. We will be using Spice Cubed Catering again for future events.

This review is only for their online website, not their catering service. I bought empty spice containers and magnets that weighed less than 2 lbs, and expected to be charged $5 for shipping as stated on their help page. Instead I was charged a whopping $21 for USPS priority mail (not even freaking UPS!), but I needed them fast and it was New Year's Eve, so I purchased them anyway.
Fast forward, I sent an email to their sales team to see if this had been a mistake. No response, and when I go back to check the website, they've taken down the part of their help page that states shipping

Had our wedding reception at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church and SpiceCubed does the in-house catering. David and his staff did a fantastic job... we heard the food was all excellent (though unfortunately we didn't have time to eat any), they did a great job of decorating everything (even putting out some extras that we hadn't planned or asked for), and they handled all the cleanup! Wonderful!
SpiceCubed (and David Leach, the owner) must have quite a reputation, because when people were asking about our wedding plans, we had numerous people say "Wow! You're working
