Ola at Gold and Diamond Source was not only extremely professional, but kind, attentive, and offered me excellent advice! She was patient with me; I went in knowing exactly what I was looking for and she put it all together perfectly. We needed to repair a wedding ring and was hesitant to leave the ring for any amount of time. Kathleen was very patient and understanding through the whole process. She assisted us in finding a new band as well as buying back our old damaged band. Kathleen listened and paid attention to our needs and concerns. Darrell was extremely helpful. He showed me all of the options available in the styles I knew she liked. He guided me through all of the knowledge about Diamonds. My husband has always purchased ( for 27years) my jewelry at least once a year( sometimes 2x) . He came in for a gift for me for our anniversary 12/21/2021. He said he was treated like a criminal. He was in his work clothes(he’s a welder) & they treated him like trash. He purchased beautiful diamond & emerald earrings ($800). We have always ( my engagement ring 27 years ago was specifically made by you) bought from you. This is the first time he’s been treated so badly. He is still very upset. I had such a great experience with Jewelry Designer Darrell, he designed a very special piece of jewelry for my daughter’s 18th birthday.
Her father recently passed away and Darrell was able to create a beautiful pendant using his wedding band and diamonds from my wedding set. She absolutely loved it and will cherish it forever.

Well I have been to gold and diamond source multiple times and have spent an insane amount of money worth of jewelry from them. Today my wife and I went to get her rings bonded together and we had Pat. I have never had bad customer service from them until today. He was rude, he acted like he didn't care and he made me not want to be there. I am giving 2 stars because of the other great times I have had there but if it wasn't for those I would give it 1. If you go here do not get Pat.

The business was taking a lot of precautions amid the Covid restrictions. I found that to be pretty awesome. I could tell that the owners truly care about the safety of both their customers and themselves. The gift bags with the gloves, masks and other anti-bacterial products that they were giving away at the door with a great added touch.

Great source for jewelry. Prices, quality and selection can't be beat. I was able to exchange my diamond solitaire I purchased from them 20years ago(still had receipt) and got full credit to upgrade. Other stores offered only a small fraction of the price for my old ring. You can feel comfortable buying from them knowing they will always back their products.

If you're looking for a custom piece I definitely recommend G&DS. Darrell Cox is absolutely wonderful to work with. You won't be disappointed at any step in the process of designing a piece you'll love. My husband and I bought rings a while back from another jeweler as our engagement rings and used them again as our wedding rings. We agreed we'd find better rings later on. He found his ring in the store and I'm a lot more picky. I brought a design I liked to Darrell. He walked us through the process, what would work with the design I found and what wouldn't work

Very poor customer service and have a 'I'm better than you' attitude. Have bought there a few times but never again after today. After bringing the rudeness behavior of one of the sales reps to the managers attention, all he said was 'oh, sorry'.

So pleased with the experience my fiancé and I had at Gold & Diamond Source! My fiancé brought me here to look at engagement rings and we were paired with Joe. He was so helpful and gave us such great advice in regards to diamond selection. I was absolutely blown away with my engagement ring when my fiancé proposed!
