I got a 50 dollar mystery box from them and I get them from all over and most are pretty close to the purchase price I know they have to make money but what I got was a spit in the face maybe 25 bucks if I'm really nice about it

I was looking for a fine, jewelry, shop, close to where, I recently, moved and went in and met a VERY kind man, who is fixing a, family, heirloom, for me. I would not have left it with ANYONE, if I didn't feel comfortable, doing, so. I felt VERY comfortable, not only to his knowledge, of jewelry, but, his honesty. I can't wait to pick it up!!!👍

I stopped in today to sell some old jewelry and Mark could not have been more helpful!! He not only gave me a great price for my jewelry but he also schooled me in some investment silver and other information! This is an absolutely great place and I can't recommend Vincent's enough!

I am so glad we found Vincent’s. First off he is a super nice guy. We had a bunch of old silver and gold to sell. He took his time and explained everything to us and gave us a great price. While we we were there several customers came in to pick up jewelry repairs and he knew them all by name impressive. He has been in business since 1961 and knows his stuff. What a wonderful family business. I had only one small piece of jewelry and was treated with so much care and respect. I had always felt intimidated and clueless when selling or buying jewelry but the owner took the time to explain the entire process. I had sold gold when the market prices were higher and I did not make as much as I did with West Bay. Obviously, their overhead is less and they are honest which means more in your pocket. The store may be small, but the atmosphere is inviting and they have an excellent selection of items. The owner was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely fair compared to the larger businesses in the area. You can't go wrong if you do business here.

Went and saw David on Friday 18th March, he walked me through the whole process of selling gold and jewelry and the different sights for gold prices he uses. I had worked out a sort of figure that I was expecting based on gram weight, Spot gold figure and formula etc but does not take in account small profit margin on his part.
