Dr. Shyn is thoroughly dedicated to providing his patients with comprehensive orthodontic care. In fact, unlike most orthodontists, Dr. Shyn has worked for over a decade in the field of general dentistry before specializing in orthodontics so that he can better serve his patients.
Dr. Shyn graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1991, then practiced and studied dentistry for 10 years before focusing specifically in orthodontics and completing his orthodontic certification and residency at Jacksonville University.

Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care.

I completely regret coming here the front lady girls are always super rude and ghetto , I never even deal with the actually orthodontics, the staff is super lazy and unprofessional, the place is always dirty and all you ever hear are the girls upfront gossiping it's so annoying save your money and go somewhere the worst orthodontics in town!

Dinuba Ca office: Was referred here by eldest daughter's dentist and so when the second daughter needed braces as well, I only came here out of convenience, as I would only have to come to one place for monthly appointments. The staff in the back are great the front desk staff, of who you will be dealing with, always takes everything personal as if inconveniences are coming out of their paycheck. This place sucks !!! , I never see the doctor's face , he doesn't explain things clearly to you or neither the nurses . I took off my braces few months ago and I am very very disappointed . My teeth gaps are not closed , it doesn't look like I just got braces done . This place is cheaper than other places but please do not see this as a reason why you decide to choose this place like me . I regretted of paying 3600$ and didn't satisfied with the result .

Where do I begin! OMG! This doctor is married to dentist Dr. Parks in Fresno, Complete Dental and Orthodontics. I found him, Dr.Shyn through her. They once shared her very nice office located on millbrook m/Teague. She is knowledgeable, but he's the orthodontist. Now he moved to Clovis and didn't tell any clients, me, that it was a permanent move! Now I'm stuck with him and his ghetto office. His staff is not the same, they seem like interns or fresh students, except for maybe two. The two ladies at the desk are LAZY and very rude. Dr. Shyn is too passive to tell them to clean and

Horrible place to go to. They over book, you wait and wait. Not enough seating either, people were standing. Took my son for a consultation and they allowed two new consults whom came in after us to go before us. Didn't acknowledge their error. Instead of calling their patients in like a normal office would they yell from where the receptionist is and say go to room 1 go to room 2. Please tell me where is the professionalism is at. This place was so getto, we simply walked out. I could not take my son to a place like this.

I started my son's ortho treatment in Clovis and then moved to Dinuba. I loved Dr. Shyn and the staff so much that I also got braces for myself. I love the service and the care they provided. I never waited around to be seen. We were in and out near our appointment times. The staff and the doctor are all courteous. I could not say that of the larger franchise business. Other private offices are over priced. I highly recommend Dr. Shyn at Dinuba Ortho and Clovis Ortho to anyone.

Terrible customer service. They are constantly late. I spoke to the office manager about the long waits and she disagrees that we have to wait. So the next time they were late I brought it to her attention and she brushed me off saying,"talk to the doctor!" The girls at the front desk are rude. They always talk in Spanish and never greet. The dentist is nice and one of the assistants is nice but everyone else is not. If I would have known the customer service was this bad, I would have gone to a different orthodontist office. Unfortunately, I paid in full so I have to keep coming here
