Dr. Greg explained his recommended treatment plan very well in addition to explaining other options that were available to me so that I could make the best decision. Amanda was really helpful in the financing department. And Beth was always a pleasant voice and face when I came in for my appointments. Everyone in general was so nice and excited for me which put a smile on my face which was great because now I have the best smile to show off!

A 10 on a scale of 1 to 5! They are very easy to work with, they communicate well, and don't make you feel dumb when you ask a question. They respect your opinion and your concerns, and go out of the way to ensure you feel like you are in control of your treatments. They did such a terrific job on my teeth that it has taken a little time for me to accept that they are really mine. The results were beyond what I imagined they would be, especially since I refused braces. I recommend them to anyone, and everyone!

They got me in same day for an Invisalign consult after I left an underwhelming experience at Thurman Orthodontics.
Dr. Nicole recommended a simple approximately 10 week treatment with Star alingers, a cheaper alternative to Invisalign. I also received a full exam from her, she sat down and answered all of my questions and discussed the differences between the treatment options, the complete opposite experience of Thurman Orthodontics (who recommended a 14-16 month treatment.
The office was clean, modern and the staff was wonderful and punctual. Heidi the treatment coordinator was incredibly

Dr. Greg and Dr. Nicole run a great office: efficient, courteous, and client-oriented. I have been getting treatment from Nalchajian Orthodontics for approximately 4 months now. This is the cleanest, most effective, well-staffed, amazing Orthodontics office I have ever been to. Dr. Greg is amazing, the staff is beyond courteous and knowledgeable and my visits are always timely and efficient. I highly recommend this office for anyone-adult or child-looking to get Invisalign.

I went to Nalchajian's because I was recommended by my dentist. I got there and expected to have to wait a long time in the waiting room but this isn't your typical orthodontist's office.
They operate it like a real 21st century operation. There is a digital screen for you to sign in on when you walk in. It notifies the staff that you are there. The front desk staff has clearly been trained to greet people when they walk in. I had my invisalign done here and the two years we spent together were amazing. I never once had a negative experience here with either of the Dr.s or the other staff. I'm so lucky to have found this place!! If you live anywhere close to either of their locations, GO THERE!! I promise you won't be disappointed. And best of all... We love Nalchajian Orthodontics...both my daughter and my son have gone here. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Very caring ppl. My son just got his braces off today and after our retainer appt next week, I will hate to leave. They treated my family with respect and had a payment plan that was reasonable. My kids love this place. Attentive, organized, a very busy office, but you feel like an individual, not a number. Staff and doctors are great. Place has a positive atmosphere. Eye Q would do well to take a lesson from their book, but then they might have a different business model and be driven by other motives.
