Several years ago Ziggy put in hardwood oak floors in our kitchen and den. His work is superb, and he's less expensive than other contractors who lack his expertise. His prices are lower because you buy the wood at his contractor price. He is an artist with wood. We'd never use anybody other than Ziggy.

I’ll be clear, we did NOT use Ziggy’s and cannot attest to his results. This is why we didn’t use them after our quote. Arrogance. Not confidence, I know the difference. My quote from Ziggy's consisted of Ziggy wandering into my open garage and knocking not at my front door, but at my garage door. No apology or “I saw your garage was open so...” He entered my house with some odd sense of entitlement that just didn’t make sense. Strike one for professionalism. This is my house and this is my floor, who is this guy?
