My husband and I met with Theresa on 5.4.21. We told Theresa that we were working with Brian at Reico kitchen and Bath (Millsboro, DE) at that appointment we chose a backsplash tile, Theresa said she would order a sample for us and call us when it comes in. As of today 6.17.21 we have NEVER received a call regarding the status of the sample... (can't get a sample, it's on back order, etc.) nothing! No communication whatsoever! Dagsboro Paint & Wallpaper and Reico Kitchen and Bath ghosted us, before we even got started... We wasted an entire month! Consumer be ware! Thank God we never signed anything

Teressa and Dean are a pleasure to work with. Teressa helped us through our shade selections and was very patient as we changed our minds several times. Dean also provided good advice when he came to measure. Shades were delivered quickly and Dean did an expert installation. The shades are exactly what we had been hoping for and all this was done professionally at the lowest price of three estimates we received.
