I've always been happy with flowers I ordered from this place and I'm not one to leave a bad review. I bought an arrangement to be delivered for my Mother's 90th Birthday. The first picture is how the flowers came. The second picture is what I ordered plus I ordered and paid for a few extra flowers. I was not happy with the arrangement and a few of the flowers died after 3 days. I called and the person told me that the arrangement was well worth what I paid which was $115.

When you’re across the country and last minute can’t make it home for your only niece’s 5th birthday and it’s also a rush delivery request, but close by...
My only request was “she’s a girly girl and loves being a princess” and she gets the most BEAUTIFUL arrangement of pink roses, tea roses, eucalyptus, and the most perfect and proportionate unicorn balloon tucked in and delivered within hours.
This was OUT OF THE BALLPARK.
I’ve always loved Roots and their staff, their classes, their succulents...this is the cherry on top of it all.

Utterly obsessed with Roots on 9th! Jamie and her entire team are truly gifted people. They are so focused on providing an outstanding customer service experience! From their green house to their events to their incredible attention to detail, I am never disapointed in an experience with them. Most recently we utilized Roots on 9th for a 1920s speakeasy themed event. We sent Jamie the invitation in which she created custom art deco centerpieces that boasted white flowers, greenery, and gold tinted leafs in eclectic black, marble, and gold vases. My friend just ordered me flowers for my birthday(she lives out of state) and when I took a picture and said thank you she immediately said that's not what I ordered and sent me a picture of what she actually ordered and yes...a huge difference! Maybe not a good place to trust in ordering if you are not there to physically make sure you get what you paid for!!!
When my friend called to find out what happened she was informed that some flowers were substituted and the flowers recieved are worth $78 dollars....I don't think so!!!! No refund offered or new flowers sent... money went to

Stopped in to see their greenhouse flowers and was immediately approached to see if I needed any help. The lady, I think her name was Rita, was super helpful as I had a list of flowers I wanted. She took me to each of the plants I had requested and helped me carry the cartons to the register. They had a very nice selection. When I planted them they were all well rooted, yet easy to remove from the pots. I'll be back. They understand customer service at Roots.
