Let me start by saying I am usually picky about my florist. This was one of the most pleasant experiences that I have encountered with any business. The floral arrangement was absolutely beautiful, the communication was immaculate , and the delivery could not be better. Mother's Day heroes work here! I spent hours in Massachusetts searching Atlanta area florists' photos and reviews, hoping I would find someone who would hear my vague description and transform it to an artistic representation of love and support for my grandmother. I fell asleep while starting an online order, not waking until nearly noon ON MOTHER'S DAY! My grandmother (91) had recently lost the 2nd of 3 daughters, so despite my disappointment that they were too busy and I was too late for a same day delivery, it was still important enough to me that Grandma receive some beautiful love even though

We picked an arrangement for Mother's Day. The flowers were beautiful and they were a big hit! Linda (the owner) called a couple of days ahead of time to talk about the pick up and transportation so that I'd be prepared for the day-of. You can tell she really thinks through all the details and she cares a lot about her customers.

This place is a joke. My mate had flowers delivered to me & they charged him $5.99 for a "full greeting card", which was a little card on a pick. They also did not deliver the chocolates he paid $17.99 for. When he called to inquire the lady he spoke with, was rude & hung up on him. A flower shop this sad will not bring anyone joy. Don't waist your time or money FB.

I have received bouquets from The Berretta Rose on 3 occasions. I have told my husband to not waste our money there again. Today is my birthday and my husband had a bouquet ordered. I asked him to cancel the order because I knew it would be a waste. (It's the thought that counts, anyway : )
Once he ordered a bouquet with Lillies and roses. The bouquet arrived with one singe rose. (not at all what was pictured, there should have been several) It was a very odd looking bouquet and less than what we paid for.
Another problem is the flowers do not last at all. This florist packs a lot of leaves

The owner is incredibly nice and accommodating. Orders are promptly delivered. The florist has a true eye for arrangements that perfectly match the occasion.
As a person living in Maryland, the owner makes it easy to send flowers and arrangements remotely.
