In 1983, Michael Della Bella established the DELLA Auto Group. Della Bella purchased Bob Clarke Pontiac in Queensbury, NY and renamed it D'ELLA Pontiac-Buick-Isuzu. The next addition to the DELLA Auto Group came with the opening of Christopher Chevrolet-Buick- Pontiac in Ticonderoga, NY, in 1988. Both stores are still in operation as D'ELLA Buick GMC Cadillac and Christopher Chevrolet Buick.

The growth of the DELLA Auto Group continued in the 1990's. In 1996, DELLA Honda was opened in Plattsburgh, NY. Also in 1999, D'ELLA Honda of Glens Falls was opened and eventually moved to Quaker Road next to their GM location. The DELLA Auto Group also kept up its expansion in the next decade. DELLA Suzuki of Plattsburgh was opened in 2005.

My car was scheduled for an inspection and I called ahead to see if they were on schedule and how long it would take. I was informed that they were on schedule and that I could even bring my car in a few minutes earlier if I would like. My car was brought in by my father about 15 minutes before my 11:00 appointment. My father notified me that my inspection was all done and he was just leaving at 11:17. I am very impressed with the speed of the service and punctuality with the given appointment time. My father said the workers were all very pleasant and it was a stress free experience!

I highly recommend going somewhere else to get your vehicle fixed. Every time I came here has been nothing but a headache. First time I had an appointment made they called to cancel and said there was no one there to do the work, I had to reschedule. So my husband called and they told him they didn’t have the part and had to order it and call him back when they had it, which did not make sense to me so I called again asking about it and they said they do have the part and made the appointment. The day of the appointment we drop it off and drive back home, which is a 45 minute drive, they call

Things did not work out at all.
I booked an appointment for an air bag recall. Service confirmed they had what they needed to resolve this. I drove an hour only to find nothing could be done because they didn't have the software. They would have to get it mailed to the dealership and then I'd have to come back.
Not happy and still very concerned the air bag system won't work if I had an accident.
