In 1983, Michael Della Bella established the DELLA Auto Group. Della Bella purchased Bob Clarke Pontiac in Queensbury, NY and renamed it DELLA Pontiac-Buick-Isuzu. The next addition to the DELLA Auto Group came with the opening of Christopher Chevrolet-Buick- Pontiac in Ticonderoga, NY, in 1988. Both stores are still in operation as DELLA Buick GMC Cadillac and Christopher Chevrolet Buick.
The growth of the DELLA Auto Group continued in the 1990's. In 1996, DELLA Honda was opened in Plattsburgh, NY. Also in 1999, DELLA Honda of Glens Falls was opened and eventually moved to Quaker Road next to their GM location. The DELLA Auto Group also kept up its expansion in the next decade. DELLA Suzuki of Plattsburgh was opened in 2005.

We had a great experience working with Della Honda to get into our new HRV. We're from Vermont and had a really difficult time finding time for dealers to see us or the car we wanted at any local dealerships. Jesse and Tiffany were extremely helpful and kept us up to date on our car's arrival and with all important updates. Will definitely return to them again for our next car!

I had the best experience working w/ Jesse Ralph at Della Honda. I was in the market for a new vehicle as I begin my clinical rotations for school and Jesse made the process as simple as I could have ever imagined. Everything was negotiated and agreed upon prior and I was in and out of the dealership with my brand new 2022 Honda Civic Sport in less then an hour. I could not recommend him or Della Honda enough! Della Honda has been our families go to place for cars for over 11 years. More specifically, Ben is our go to salesperson. We have purchased 4 odysseys, an accord, and a pilot. Ben is very personable and aware of how to interact and listen to get you the perfect vehicle. Within 2 days of our last purchase my mother also went to buy a new CR-V. Compared to the other local dealerships Della Honda is the best!! Purchasing a car with Ben is a very easy, fluid, and reliable.

My wife and I just purchased a 2021 Honda Passport and we couldn't be more happy with the vehicle or the service we received at Della Honda in Plattsburgh. Robert, Chris and Stephen were each a pleasure to work with. They made sure everything was taken care of ahead of time, so when we arrived, all we had to do was sign and ride off into the sunset in our new vehicle. But not before Rob took the time to go over each feature with us and personalize the vehicle settings to our liking.
