We specialize in pelvic health issues for women and men, pregnancy and postpartum conditions, and in all orthopedic dysfunctions. Our goal is to help you attain a lifestyle of physical and mental wellbeing, without pain or limitation.
Services
Each session is a one hour with one therapist in a private and comfortable setting. You will undergo a thorough evaluation to determine the best way to address your issue(s). You will learn where you need more flexibility and where you need more strength. You will understand the need for balance and symmetry.
