We offer choices in care, work on the whole you - not just one body part at a time, and treat you like family. We currently hold contracts with the following institutions of higher education: Emerson College, Sacred Heart University, Norwalk Community College, Southern Connecticut State University, and Bay Path University.

Each of our physical therapists have unique skill sets so we will match you up with the just right person to make sure your pain is minimized, your strength is maximized, and you are functioning at your best.
High Quality Occupational Therapists train people to be able to function at their best in all environments - community, home, school, sports and work. Working one on one and in groups to address the physical, psychological, and cognitive aspects of what's involved in activities of daily living, our OTs focus on self-regulation, attention/focus, social, learning, sensory systems and motor skills.
Our skilled and licensed High Quality Massage Therapists offer 60 and 90 minute massages in your home or in our spa like medical office. Whether you are looking for pain relief, relaxation, stress reduction, or just want to spoil yourself, we are here for you. Gratuity is included in our massage therapy services so it's a no stress experience.

I am beyond thankful for the amazing opportunities that High Quality Home Therapy has given me. As a prospective occupational therapy student, Caryn McAllister and Christina Davino have helped me learn more about occupational therapy by allowing me to observe their services, interact with their patients, and learn about their holistic approaches. Caryn McAllister has also been apart of my honors research project by helping provide connections and resources through HGHT.

Thank you to Caryn and Brynn! Brynn is a great OT - excellent at listening to the patient and creating a customized therapy program to target specific muscles. Neurological issues are more complex to address and it requires both patience and knowledge of the condition and symptoms. Having been to many PT + OT therapists over the past few years I would rate Brynn at the top. Amazing positive energy, very smart and always a welcoming smile! Highly recommended!!!

High Quality Home Therapy is a company with a heart. It’s also a one stop shop for all of your needs!!! My children and I have used many of their services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, incredible facials and plenty of massage therapy. You are greeted with such warmth and respect the minute you walk through their doors. Cannot say enough amazing things about HQHT. I have suffered from a herniated disc for two years now and have been through 4 different physical therapists, none of them who knew exactly what would help me. The first time I saw Dr. Caryn she listened to me and understood exactly what was wrong on my first visit. Within 2 weeks of therapy my back was already feeling better and after one month it was almost back to perfect. Have been seeing her for over a year now and cannot give a more positive review.
