These guys have great food in the neighborhood. I ordered the Prime rib plate with potatoes and vegetables and it was delicious and incerdible. First time coming out here and i have wanted to try Katella Grill a long time. Place is a bit pricey, But the food is worth it. Great staff and gang here to take care of you. Great menu items, Cant wait to eat here again.

The food here is decent. I usually get the ranch man steak and eggs with hash browns and a banana nut muffin. The Hanna nut muffin is the best here! What I don't like about this place is that the food doesn't have seasoning, so it's very bland and you have to drown your food in Cholula or ketchup. The diner is also isn't modern but it gives you a homey feeling

We weren't planning to celebrate Thanksgiving due to a family death. After some thinking, we decided on a last minute dinner. We ordered two traditional dinners, prime rib, and ribs. Sides were forgotten, so one dinner ended up with only dry turkey and soggy stuffing. Condiments were also forgotten for the prime rib dinner. The ribs were also dried out. I really thought, for $30.99 a plate, we'd at least get edible food. It made a depressing time even more depressing.

Came here for brunch on a Sunday morning, by the time we were finished the place was packed! Nice atmosphere, older seating fixtures, great service! Katella Grill always gets mixed reviews about their food. Dinner has not been so good at times but breakfast was great! They have nitro cold brew! We had everything we needed and the staff was great. Would come back again.

Came here as Chili's had quite a wait, since it was across the street and we've never been here. Ordered steak and egg whites. Steak was super juicy and flavorful. House prostitutes potatoes were cubed and tasty. Hubby had chicken and waffles. The crispy chicken skin was not super oily and not too salty. Chicken was moist and the waffles have a great flavor to them, almost vanilla like. Great portion sizes and refillable iced tea. The banana cream pie was very flavorful and not overly sweet. We ending getting a piece to take home. They were pretty slow when we were there. I hope business

This spot was actually our second choice;due to Chili's across the way having a wait time of an hour,we called and got in. Pleasantly surprised by how attentive the Hostess was and so was our waitress. Food was delicious and warm. Great Traditional American.

We picked up our Holiday Feast this morning. The ordering and pick up process was so smooth and easy! Everything was packaged nicely in a box and it was all delicious. It even came with a full apple pie. It came with turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, biscuits, gravy, and cranberry sauce. My favorites were the stuffing, turkey, and apple pie.

I'm always so negative on Yelp. I use it to put in my complaints. I think it's important to talk about good things too. So comes my review of Katella Grill.
I don't really eat here much. I remember back in 2015 I broke up with a girlfriend and I felt lost. Instead of going to Norms, I went to Katella grill and ordered their chicken and waffles. I barely remember anything that day, other than I wore my red flannel and felt sick to my stomach (not cause of the food).
Fast forward to 2020. My friend's mom is part of the senior meal program and one of the places on the list is

Oh my goodness. This is the most delicious breakfast I've had during rona. To be honest I was sceptical about eating out during the rona I would always order to go or just eat at home. However, this place does it right for sure. Everyone wears masks and gloves. They social distance the tables inside and have seating outside as well. They take aloneness/ reservations over the phone. Now the important part the food is too die for you must order the cinnamon roll on their side menu. The mimosas were delicious. The coffee oh man one of the best coffee great aroma and delicious flavor. Service

Came to this place while dropping off car for service across the way. Plenty of outdoor sitting with music playing under a large tented area and a few fan to blow the breeze around. Servers and hostess has masks and gloves on and will assist you when at hostess stand.

Strictly a Covid19 review. We visited today after being closed down for dine in during Covid19 outbreak. They have a distinct door for entry and another for exit. You must wear a mask during your visit, until you sit down at your table. They are using disposable paper menus, disposable plastic cups with straws. The employees are all wearing masks and gloves. They are seating you at every other booth to ensure social distancing. The condiments are single use servings, like ketchup packets. Everything seemed very clean and they are taking the extra precautionary steps. We felt safe eating here and

I bought a Groupon deal for this restaurant a while ago and finally had a chance to try it out.
Our waitress was very attentive and great, but it was downhill from there. I ordered the chicken and waffles. The food was mediocre. The chicken was dry and the waffles weren't anything special (both were crispy though!). My toddler's cheeseburger was dry, so he didn't eat any of it. His French fries weren't good either. I didn't like my husband's cream corn. The cornbread was decent. My toddler didn't get any Oreos with his kid's meal. Overall, not a great food

We've been here a few times and the food has always been great! Then we saw them at the Taste of Orange where they were handing out samples of their flaming Greek cheese - OH YAH!! You need to go on a Saturday night - which is Greek Night - and order the flaming cheese - they do a cool table-side presentation which is quite show, but then the cheese is a yummy, melted deliciousness!!
They also offer other on Greek dishes on Greek Night - we've had the gyro, kabobs and feta fries, which we're all delish!
