Services
Our services are an all-inclusive, open bar styled catering and we base our prices off the TOTAL guest count and the total amount of time you want us serving for. We do this so that we can give your guests the freedom to try as many drinks as they would like. We have all types of coffee and milk tea drinks from caffeinated to decaffeinated to kid friendly.
Our Intimate Offering Rates are designed for people that want deliciously catered coffee but are either unable to pay that premium price it costs to have a barista come and serve all of your guests or is just looking for something more intimate and simple. A member from our team will freshly brew your coffee, then immediately deliver it to your event's location.
Insert the portafilter into the espresso machine and begin extraction until the proper gram weight of yielded espresso is dispensed, then check the time. While pouring, the spirals should go from the center to the outside of the Wave and back inward. Pour hot water over the grounds until the scale reaches 40 grams and all the grounds are saturated.

Skyler did a wonderful job catering for our wedding reception! We had about 100 guests and he always got through the line quickly. We had so many compliments on how delicious the drinks were. I also loved how we were able to choose specialty drinks. We had the Oreo latte and pumpkin pie latte which were a hit. I’ve already heard from one of our guests who was saying he wants to hire Rugged Coffee for another event that he is hosting. We had such an incredible experience with Skyler and Rugged Coffee! Our wedding was postponed from March 2020 and Skyler was so quick to respond when we had to change our date a couple times and worked with us every step of the way. Our guests absolutely loved the coffee and having the option of flavors was such a nice touch. We're so glad we went with Rugged Coffee and can't recommend them enough!

Hiring Rugged Coffee Co was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. Our guests were so excited and simply raved over the coffee. Had The Rugged Coffee mobile cart at my work the past three days and it's been so amazing!!! I'm guessing the guy who served us was Skyler, but he was awesome!!! He was so friendly and quick! The drinks were pretty amazing too.
We had six options: blueberry mocha, horchata, latte, mocha, cappuccino, and cold brew. I tried the horchata, blueberry mocha, and cold brew (tried to limit myself to one coffee a day). All the drinks I had were SO GOOD, with my favorite being the horchata. The horchata was so delicious, he ran out on the last day! He was also able to offer us a little something

Rugged Coffee came through for us for an event we hosted down in San Diego. They set up their station at the right time even though we asked them to come in earlier at the last minute. They stayed the whole time on the espresso machines and each cup I had was super delicious. They come with a variety of latte flavors, and hot chocolate for those who don't want the caffeine. Will definitely use them in the future!

We recently had Rugged Coffee cater a leadership conference at our church! It was a HUGE hit!!!! Everyone loved the coffee! Skyler was very friendly and made a great barista experience for all our guests!! He had great menu options and a wide variety of latte's to choose from! The look of his coffee cart and the Branding were very cool and would look good at any event! The quality of the coffee was GREAT!! I'm a huge coffee fan and I can say I loved the coffee a lot!! Skyler was the barista for my brother's wedding and delivered!!! I have a lot of friends who are coffee aficionados and they couldn't believe the quality of the coffee, loved the bespoke creamsicle flavor and raves about what an amazingly skilled barista Skyler is!

The Rugged Coffee Catering cart was at a church concert over the weekend. Great setup and Skyler makes a great cup of coffee. I asked just for a regular coffee with no room. As Skyler filled my cup, it ran out just near the top. I got about 90% of the cup filled which is pretty much a full cup. To my surprise, Skyler said it was on the house because he wasn't able to give me a full cup and he didn't want me to wait. Class act indeed. While speaking with him, a line was forming and I had to cut our conversation short, so with no prompting from Skyler, I asked if he had a Yelp page

I used Rugged Coffee as the caterer for the mobile coffee cart at my wedding. Skyler and his team were the best. I absolutely loved the coffee tasting we had before the wedding, it was like a private in depth coffee education course with an expert barista! I learned so much about coffee and the process of bean and brewing and of course the coffee was fantastic. He sampled for us the Orange Creamsicle and the Honey lavender, both of which we had available at the wedding.
