Caution. Always see and check the unit in person before you rent. I had rented an apartment for my daughter and we had not seen the unit in person. When we went to move in, it smelled of severe cigar or cigarette smoke. While the management tried to do things to rid it of the smoke smell (the office folks were nice to work with us in this), nothing worked. The smoke seemed to be coming from another unit through the air ducts. We were stuck with the unit because of situation. Finally when she moved out, we had to junk almost all new furniture like couch, bed etc. And, we got a ridiculous check out
