Amazing community and management. I lived at Portside for over 4 years. The apartments are big spacious and amazingly well kept. The price cannot be matched. Mine came with all the amenities washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and refigerator along with dog rent and over 1250 square feet was around 900 a month no other place can boast that. I recently had a life event happen and the management who I never had a problem with before this were so understanding and treated me like a person not a number. A great apartment complex! The only downside is they let people smoke in their apartments. They do have some non smoking apartments so be aware of that when coming. But other than that, the place is great! I love calling it home. The office lady’s are nice and the maintenance guy is awesome! They allow pets too. The apartments have lots of space and it’s a great deal! Right next to the lake too.

I'll start by saying, these apartments were gorgeous and well managed when I moved in. They were spacious, quiet, and well maintained. Office staff was friendly and the 2 maintenance guys were quick to respond to requests. That was in 2017. 2 years later and these properties have just deteriorated. It's such a shame. New management took over in early 2019 and I believe that's to blame. Now the lawns are dry and brown, trees are growing in the gutters, landscaping hasn't been done in well over a year, and the office staff seem like they don't want to be bothered. Families with dogs allow their pets

I stopped in to tour the community a few days again, and the office staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. Claudia went above and beyond to answer all my questions, and make me feel welcomed. Beautiful and spacious apartments, and the community was clean and inviting! I would recommend to all my friends!
