This company is terrible the owner is a bully (as also mentioned in other reviews) and tried to lie to me so i would get my insurance company involved so he could collect a payday from the insurance. VERY DISHONEST AND I WOULD NOT USE THEM EVER!!! IF THERE WERE 0 STARS THAT'S HOW THEY WOULD BE RATED.

The owner drove up on my right at the last moment when the right lane ended and ran my car off the road in his van as he bullied his way to try to get in front of me when he needed to merge behind. It tells you all you need to know about his character. I would never do business with that kind of dangerous bully.

I rented my home to a couple who lost their home in the Fountaingrove fire. She came home from a trip to only warm water.
Tried to contact plumber who installed my new hot water heater two years ago and he was out of town.
Contacted a local Healdsburg plumber and they were kind enough to go out but called to say that they do not work on Bradford Water Heaters.
I found Steve on the internet and he responded even those his schedule was full.
He worked with me to get the part in 2 days even after the disreibutor said overnight was going to take a week.
Steve was polite, professional and always

Pipedreams Plumbing Josh Hopkins responded to my service call after hours very promptly. They came out the very next day to provide my with an estimate for a new water line from my meter to my home, new tankless water heater and installation and out door shower installation. I obtained multiple estimates and they were by far the most reasonably priced. They did not pressure me, they answered all my questions, and were flexible in scheduling the work.
I have had construction nightmares in the past and was extremely pleased with how smooth Pipedreams Plumbing and Josh made this project.

I called from our office regarding a leaking toilet. They were here promptly. The Plumber was friendly, helpful and courteous. They advised us that we were in need of a new toilet and provided us with a fair estimate. I would recommend Steve and his crew to family and friends. This is the second time we had called them for our Dental office. He explained that the product they will be replacing was top quality, the tech knew all the specs and said it was highly recommended by the City of Santa Rosa for low flow. We will not use any other Plumbing Company for any and all future needs!

These guys are great! First we hired them to fix our shower diverter that leaked and barely worked. They were so fast, and friendly, and affordable that we again hired them to replace our ancient water heater with a tankless. They were on schedule, on budget, and left no mess. Last week when I found a flood under the kitchen sink, it was a no-brainer. I called and a few hours later it was fixed. It's so great to have an honest plumber!

They were late. They did a good job. Here is the rub. They charged me 240 bucks for 30 minutes of work. The valve they changed could not have cost more than 15 bucks. They are just too pricy. And they charge 70 bucks to show up. That is deducted from the bill, they do this to trap you. Because 70 bucks is a lot of money to say go to he'll, when they quote their super high prices.

There are several factors here that contribute to the stars: My phone call was answered right away. I was given a quote over the phone (flat diagnostic charge and then told there would be a flat service fee). He maintained communication and was up front with the fee for the service.
My issue was the water main valve had shot off - so we were without water for a full day before I could any plumber to respond. And of course this was the weekend. These guys are terrific! They installed 2 low-flow high-end toilets in our Guerneville vacation home in less than 2 hours! They were on time, professional, and did a stellar job.
This might not seem like a big deal, unless you've had the unfortunate experience with another plumbing company, of having to wait 2 days for them to arrive, then have the toilets connected to hot water lines, and then have them leak the same day as being installed.
Believe me, Pipedreams Plumbing is a professional, efficient, and competitive plumbing service! We're retaining them for all our future needs at

Very weird experience. Request was to have Pipedreams assess plumbing system in our home. Employee came late, told my wife "your husband has a litany of plumbing problems!" Ended up doing things I could have done and did not ask to be done, pulling off the insulation from the water heater and trying to sell my wife a new water heater (I had to put the insulation back as he did not have the courtesy to do that), fixed a slow sink using OUR plunger, as his was "not as good, since I bought it from a Dollar Store."
