They came out for three days to get my pipes to unfreeze. Not only did they suffer in the freezing cold, they were incredibly kind. Once the pipes defrosted and we found a leak, they were out immediately to fix them. I'll always recommend Virtual plumbing!! Thank you so much for all you do and for coming to the rescue.

I called them to get an estimate. The women on the phone said she couldn't get a hold of Joe the owner who does the estimated but she would do her best to get a hold of him. First red flag. However when Joe called me about an hour later I figured it happens. I told him my problem and he said he would be at my home by 2pm and would call. I told him I wouldn't be there but gave him my husband number. My husband left work early to be at our house for Joe but he never showed up or called. This left us with no water all night because we needed a waterline repaired. This is some very horrible customer

Very disappointed in the services that we received from virtual plumbing. After the services we received our shower head was leaking and the other components were not sealed properly. The person they sent out could not explain the pricing and the price they quoted was not even close to what was billed. After the service, I received a call from Tiffany Hughes, who is also someone who has rated the company as a five out of five stars. She gave me poor customer service and would not work with me on my issues. She hung up on me and is not calling me back. This is very unprofessional and
