My experience was, they couldn’t fix my problem. I suggested they do another part of my plumbing and they acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I got another plumber that actually listened and stayed until he made sure the leak was fixed. Randall’s people were not at my house over 15 minutes, took my money and left. I do not recommend them at all.

This has been the 3rd time within a year we have used Randalls. Friendly, professional and very reasonable. If they cant get out immediately, they explain why, and they stay in touch until their truck rolls up. Randall's has helped our endeavors of owning an old home much easier. Great company.

Not only was Tony thorough, efficient and knowledgeable, but he was kind and caring and just an all around nice guy. Lori and Randall were more than helpful when we couldn't get anyone else to come! we are forever grateful to Randall and his team and they now have customers for life! If you have issues no matter how big or small, if you don't call these guys I don't know what to tell you!
