I have been a patient of Dr. Horners since 1998. I can not imagine going any where else in town or having another Dentist work on my teeth. Dr. Horner And his staff are kind, patient, understanding and make you feel at ease.not to mention the excellent Dental care they provide. I recently had an issue that needed addressed asap.
It was my first time visiting and the staff was great from start to finish. Everything was on time, they checked everything out and clearly explained things that I did not know thoroughly. Dr. Ahn was great in providing the checkup and provided a detailed description of everything I needed. They continued to keep me up-to-date of the status and the hygienist who helped clean my teeth was great!
I cannot say enough good stuff about this place! I have a horrible phobia of dentist and needles in my mouth. Dr Horner was SO nice explaining my options to me for each level of sedation and what each meant. I was put so much at ease that i only used gas for my cleaning, not sedation. I have to have fillings in two weeks and I'm not even scared about going.

East Taylor Dental has always exhibited exceptional customer service until recently. Mindy has no regard for the patients and is a detriment to the practice. During my recent encounter with Mindy, it was clear professionalism was not something she prides herself on. I had to repeat the same thing over and over again. However, she only listened to respond instead of listening to understand. The staff is a reflection of the practice and it is apparent that some changes need to be made.
